Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関用の熱交換器が、冷却すべき流体を供給するための、第1の接続領域(1、102)(流体が少なくとも部分的に内燃機関の排ガスからなる第1の接続領域)と、流体を搬出するための第2の接続領域(3、103)と、流体の流れ方向に関して第1と第2の接続領域の間に配置されている交換器領域(2、101、104、105)とを有する。交換器領域(2、101、104、105)の回りを冷却剤が流れることができる。熱交換器の少なくとも一部が、フェライト鋼からなる。

Claims (26)
- 内燃機関用の熱交換器であって、
流体が少なくとも部分的に内燃機関の排ガスからなる接続領域である、冷却すべき流体を供給するための第1の接続領域(1、102)と、
流体を搬出するための第2の接続領域(3、103)と、
流体の流れ方向に関して第1と第2の接続領域の間に配置されている交換器領域(2、101、104、105)とを有し、
交換器領域(2、101、104、105)の回りを冷却剤が流れることができる熱交換器において、
熱交換器の少なくとも一部が、フェライト鋼からなることを特徴とする内燃機関用の熱交換器。 - フェライト部分が流体と接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 流体が、内燃機関の特に還流される排ガスまたは排ガス−空気混合気であって、その場合に通常の駆動方法において区間内の流体温度が、300℃より高く、特に500℃より高いことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器のフェライト部分が、実質的に第1の接続領域(1、102)に相当し、交換器領域(2、101、104、105)と材料結合で結合可能であって、特に溶接可能、半田付け可能、接着可能などであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 第1の接続領域(1、102)が、交換器領域(2、101、104、105)の方向に通過横断面の拡幅を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 接続領域(1)内に、調節可能なフラップ(6)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 交換器領域(2、101、104、105)が、多数の交換器パイプ(8)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 交換器領域(2、101、104、105)が、冷却剤によって貫流可能な交換器ハウジング(10、101)を有していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換器。
- 交換器ハウジング(10、101)が、少なくとも部分的にフェライト鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の熱交換器。
- 交換器パイプ(8)が、フェライト鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器の他の部分が、他のフェライト鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が、積み重ねて互いに結合された、多数のディスク部材(104)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- ディスク部材(104)の間に、熱接触を増大させるためのフィン部材(108、109)が配置されており、その場合にフィン部材(108、109)がフェライト鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の熱交換器。
- フィン部材(108)が、冷却すべき流体内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の熱交換器。
- フィン部材(109)が、冷却剤内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の熱交換器。
- ディスク部材(104)を包囲するハウジング(101)が設けられており、前記ハウジングがフェライト鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項12または15に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器の他の部分が、オーステナイト鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- オーステナイト鋼が、DIN EN10088−2に基づく名称の、グループ1.4301と1.4404の鋼であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の熱交換器。
- フェライト鋼からなる部分とオーステナイト鋼からなる部分が、直接互いに材料結合で結合され、特に溶接、半田付け、接着などされていることを特徴とする請求項17または18に記載の熱交換器。
- フェライト鋼が、グループ1.4006と1.4016の鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- フェライト鋼が、グループ1.1169、1.0461、1.0462および1.0463の鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1から20のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- フェライト鋼が、グループ1.4000、1.4002および1.4113の鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- フェライト鋼が、グループ1.4513と1.4520の鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1から22のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 冷却剤が、ガス状であり、特に空気であることを特徴とする請求項1から23のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が、排ガスタービン後の低圧分岐内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から24のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が、排ガスタービン前の高圧分岐内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から24のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
