熱成形温度で熱成形可能な塗料皮膜を得ること、但し、塗料皮膜が内側表面と外側表面を有し、塗料皮膜が、外側表面としての透明塗膜層、色塗膜層、及び透明塗膜層と色塗膜層の間の光沢及び像の明瞭性を保持する層を含み、光沢及び像の明瞭性を保持する層が、熱成形温度での透明塗膜層の引張り強さと色塗膜層の引張り強さのうちの高い方の引張り強さと同じか又はそれより高い引張り強さを有する、及び
塗料皮膜の内側表面に裏シートを付与すること。 - 光沢及び像の明瞭性を保持する層が、熱成形温度での透明塗膜層の引張り強さと色塗膜層の引張り強さのうちの高い方の引張り強さより高い引張り強さを有することを特徴とする請求項41に記載の化粧塗料皮膜ラミネートを製造する方法。
