Abstract
Description
− ケースにおける溝、
− ハニカム体構造物の外側面におけるミクロ組織、
− セラミックス被覆、
− ハニカム構造物とケースとの間に配置された中間層、
のうちの少なくとも2つを含んでいる。
− ハニカム構造物とケースとの間の硬質ろう付け結合部の少なくとも1つの結合区域が 選定され、
− ハニカム構造物(3)のケース(4)への挿入方向(15)が選定され、
− ケースにおいて、挿入方向に見て硬質ろう付け結合部の結合区域の前方位置に、溝 が設けられ、
− 硬質ろう付け結合部を限定するもう1つの画成手段が設けられ、
− 結合区域にろう材が着けられ、
− ケースの中にハニカム構造物が挿入され、
− 結合区域に硬質ろう付け結合部が形成される、
ことを特徴とするハニカム体の製造方法を提案する。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1個のハニカム構造物(3)と、少なくとも1個のハニカム構造物(3)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む少なくとも1個のケース(4)とを有し、ハニカム構造物(3)とケース(4)との間における少なくとも1つの結合区域(5)に、硬質ろう付け結合部(6)が設けられている、排気処理装置(2)におけるハニカム体(1)において、
硬質ろう付け結合部(6)を限定するための互いに異なった少なくとも2つの画成手段が設けられている、ことを特徴とする排気処理装置(2)におけるハニカム体(1)。 - 画成手段が、
− ケース(4)における溝(7)、
− ハニカム体構造物(3)の外側面におけるミクロ組織(8)、
− セラミックス被覆(9)、
− ハニカム構造物(3)とケース(4)との間に配置された中間層(10)、
のうちの少なくとも2つを含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハニカム体(1)。 - ハニカム構造物(3)が、材料厚さ(12)が60μmより小さな少なくとも部分的に組織化された複数の金属層(11)で形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 硬質ろう付け結合部(6)の環状結合区域(5)が設けられ、画成手段が結合区域(5)とハニカム体(1)の端面(13、14)との間に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 硬質ろう付け結合部(6)の少なくとも1つの結合区域(5)が、第1端面(13)より第2端面(14)の近くに配置され、画成手段が第1端面(13)と結合区域(5)との間に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 少なくとも1個のハニカム構造物(3)と、少なくとも1個のハニカム構造物(3)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む少なくとも1個のケース(4)とを有するハニカム体(1)の製造方法において、
− ハニカム構造物(3)とケース(4)との間の硬質ろう付け結合部(6)の少なくとも1つの結合区域(5)が選定され、
− ハニカム構造物(3)のケース(4)への挿入方向(15)が選定され、
− ケース(4)において、挿入方向(15)に見て硬質ろう付け結合部(6)の結合区域(5)の前方位置に、溝(7)が設けられ、
− 硬質ろう付け結合部(6)を限定するもう1つの画成手段が設けられ、
− 結合区域(5)にろう材が着けられ、
− ケース(4)の中にハニカム構造物(3)が挿入され、
− 結合区域(5)に硬質ろう付け結合部(6)が形成される、
ことを特徴とするハニカム体(1)の製造方法。
