Description
− ケースにおける溝、
− ハニカム体構造物の外側面におけるミクロ組織、
− セラミックス被覆、
− ハニカム構造物とケースとの間に配置された中間層、
のうちの少なくとも2つを含んでいる。
− ハニカム構造物とケースとの間の硬質ろう付け結合部の少なくとも1つの結合区域が 選定され、
− ハニカム構造物(3)のケース(4)への挿入方向(15)が選定され、
− ケースにおいて、挿入方向に見て硬質ろう付け結合部の結合区域の前方位置に、溝 が設けられ、
− 硬質ろう付け結合部を限定するもう1つの画成手段が設けられ、
− 結合区域にろう材が着けられ、
− ケースの中にハニカム構造物が挿入され、
− 結合区域に硬質ろう付け結合部が形成される、
ことを特徴とするハニカム体の製造方法を提案する。

Claims (4)
- 第1の端面(13)と第2の端面(14)を持つ1つのハニカム構造物(3)と、ハニカム構造物(3)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む1つのケース(4)とを有し、ケース(4)が接触面において前記ハニカム構造物(3)と直接接触し、ハニカム構造物(3)の第2の端面における接触面の1つの結合区域(5)に単一の硬質ろう付け結合部(6)が設けられている、排気処理装置(2)のためのハニカム体(1)において、
硬質ろう付け結合部(6)を画成するための溝(7)及びセラミックコーティング(9)が設けられ、溝(7)及びセラミックコーティング(9)が、第1の端面(13)と単一の硬質ろう付け結合部(6)の間に配置されている、ことを特徴とする排気処理装置(2)におけるハニカム体(1)。 - ハニカム構造物(3)が、材料厚さ(12)が60μmより小さな少なくとも部分的に組織化された複数の金属層(11)で形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記結合区域(5)が硬質ろう付結合部(6)の周辺区域(5)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 第1の端面(13)と第2の端面(14)を持つ1つのハニカム構造物(3)と、1つのハニカム構造物(3)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む1つのケース(4)とを有しているハニカム体(1)の製造方法において、
− 接触面においてケースとハニカム構造物を直接接触させるステップと、
− 接触面およびハニカム構造物(3)の第2の端面に配置される単一の硬質ろう付け結合部(6)のための結合区域(5)を選択するステップと、
− ハニカム構造物(3)のケース(4)への挿入方向(15)を選択するステップと、
− ケース(4)において、挿入方向(15)に見て、第1の端面(13)と硬質ろう付け結合部(6)のための前記結合区域(5)との間に位置する溝(7)を設けるステップと、
− 第1の端面(13)と硬質ろう付け結合部(6)のための前記結合区域(5)との間に位置する硬質ろう付け結合部(6)を画成するためのセラミックコーティング(9)を設けるステップと、
− 前記結合区域(5)にろう材を着けるステップと、
− ケース(4)の中にハニカム構造物(3)を挿入するステップと、
− 前記結合区域(5)に硬質ろう付け結合部(6)を形成するステップが含まれる、
ことを特徴とするハニカム体(1)の製造方法。
