−隣接する少なくとも1つの金属薄板層および/または金属薄板箔を取付けるための接合領域を区切る少なくとも1つの摺動構造を有する、滑らかな、構成された金属薄板層および/または金属薄板箔を生成するステップと、
−少なくとも1つの摺動構造によって区切られた接合領域に接着剤を塗布するステップと、
−ハニカム体を形成するために、金属薄板層および/または金属薄板箔を積み重ねおよび/または巻くステップと、
−粉末状のはんだを用いてハニカム体をはんだ付けするステップとを含み、はんだは、接着剤によって接合領域に固着され、この方法はさらに、
−金属薄板層および/または金属薄板箔間においてはんだ付けされた接合部を生成するために、ハニカム体を加熱するステップを含む。
はんだを用いたときでも、たとえば線材状またはリボン状のはんだ材料を用いたときとちょうど同じように、ハニカム体の残りの領域からの区切られ方が正確な接合領域を得ることができる。

Claims (11)
- 金属薄板層(3)を含む金属製ハニカム体(2)のための金属薄板箔(1)であって、前記金属薄板層(3)は、滑らかな金属薄板箔(1)および波形の金属薄板箔(1)を含み、この種の複数の金属薄板箔(1)を粉末状のはんだ(19)を用いて接合して、前記ハニカム体(2)を形成することができ、前記金属薄板箔(1)は、隣接する金属薄板層(3)が互いに重なって摺動することを可能にする少なくとも1つの摺動構造(4)を有し、前記摺動構造(4)は、線状に延びるかまたは部分的に形成される隆起からなるとともに、隣接する少なくとも1つの金属薄板層(3)を取付けるための接合領域(5)を区切る、金属薄板箔(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの摺動構造(4)は、0.07mm以下の構造高さ(6)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属薄板箔(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの摺動構造(4)は、端側面(7)付近に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の金属薄板箔(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの摺動構造(4)は、前記金属薄板箔(1)の幅(9)の全体に連続して、前記端側面(7)とほぼ平行に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の1つに記載の金属薄板箔(1)。
- 前記金属薄板箔(1)は、0.08mm以下の厚さ(10)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4の1つに記載の金属薄板箔(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの摺動構造(4)は、同じ材料で形成された前記隣接する金属薄板層(3)に対する摺動に関し、0.15未満の運動摩擦係数を有する摺動面(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5の1つに記載の金属薄板箔(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの摺動構造(4)は、摺動面(11)を有し、少なくとも前記摺動面(11)には潤滑剤(12)が与えられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6の1つに
記載の金属薄板箔(1)。 - 内燃機関の排気システムにおける触媒担体としてのハニカム体(2)であって、流体が中を流れることのできる通路(13)を形成するように巻かれおよび/または積み重ねられた、少なくとも部分的に構成された金属薄板層(3)を含み、前記金属薄板層(3)は、粉末状のはんだ(19)によって少なくとも部分的に互いに接合され、前記金属薄板層(3)は、請求項1から7の1つに記載の少なくとも1つの摺動構造(4)を備えた少なくとも1つの金属薄板箔(1)を有することを特徴とする、ハニカム体(2)。
- 互いに隣接して配置された金属薄板箔(1)の摺動構造(2)は、前記ハニカム体(2)の端面(16)から同じ軸(14)方向の距離(15)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のハニカム体(2)。
- それぞれ2つの直接隣接する金属薄板箔(1)の前記摺動構造(4)は、互いに対向するように配向されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載のハニカム体(2)。
- 請求項8から10のいずれかに記載のハニカム体(2)を製造するための方法であって、
−隣接する少なくとも1つの金属薄板層(3)および/または金属薄板箔(1)を取付けるための接合領域(5)を区切る少なくとも1つの摺動構造(4)を有する、滑らかな、および波形の金属薄板層(3)および/または金属薄板箔(1)を生成するステップと、
−前記摺動構造(4)によって区切られた前記接合領域(5)に接着剤(17)を塗布するステップと、
−ハニカム体(2)を形成するために、前記金属薄板層(3)および/または金属薄板箔(1)を積み重ねおよび/または巻くステップと、
−粉末状のはんだ(19)を用いて前記ハニカム体(2)をはんだ付けするステップとを含み、前記はんだ(19)は、前記接着剤(17)によって前記接合領域(5)に固着され、前記方法はさらに、
−前記金属薄板層(3)および/または金属薄板箔(1)間においてはんだ付けされた接合部を生成するために、前記ハニカム体(2)を加熱するステップを含む、方法。
