EBA−1:エチレン/アルキルアクリレートコポリマー;ブチルアクリレート:35重量%、融点:78℃、MI:1.0g/10分、粘度:181Pa−s。
PP−1:ポリプロピレンホモポリマー;MFR:3.0g/10分、曲げ弾性率:260,000psi、0.455MPaにおけるHDT:104℃、粘度:150Pa−s;Chevron Phillips Chemical Co.からMarlex HGH030として販売。

Claims (10)
- ブレンド、および場合によっては第1の成分、第2の成分、または両方を含む組成物であって、
前記組成物は、50未満のショアーD硬度を有し、
前記ブレンドは、少なくとも1つの結晶質ポリオレフィン20〜50重量%、および少なくとも1つのエチレン/アルキル(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー50〜80重量%を含み、前記エチレン/アルキル(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーが、前記ポリオレフィンより高い溶融粘度を有し、
前記第1の成分は、前記組成物の引掻きおよび表面損傷特性を改善することができ、
前記第2の成分としては、可塑剤、安定剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、帯電防止剤、染料、顔料もしくは他の着色剤、蛍光増白剤、無機充填剤、艶消し剤、停止剤、難燃剤、潤滑剤、補強剤、起泡剤もしくは発泡剤、加工助剤、スリップ剤、粘着防止剤、剥離剤、粘着付与樹脂、またはその2つ以上の組合せが挙げられる組成物。 - 前記ブレンドが、少なくとも1つのポリプロピレンホモポリマーまたはポリプロピレンコポリマー25〜45重量%、および少なくとも1つのエチレン/アルキルアクリレートコポリマー55〜75重量%を含み、前記エチレン/アルキルアクリレートコポリマーが、前記ポリプロピレンより高い溶融粘度を有し、前記エチレン/アルキルアクリレートコポリマーの溶融粘度と前記プロピレンの溶融粘度との比が、1.25:1より高く、場合によっては1.5:1より高い請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、少なくとも60℃、場合によっては65℃超のビカー軟化温度を有する請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 3点曲げ装置で、50mmのスパンの中点において荷重16.5psi(0.116MPa)、2℃/分の加熱速度で、高さ6.35mmの組成物の成形試料が、60℃超、70℃超、80℃超、または90℃超の温度で500μに撓む請求項1、2、または3に記載の組成物。
- チャンバ中で5℃/分の速度で加熱された厚さ約3ミリメートルの組成物の成形試料に、105℃超、120℃超、または140℃超の温度で接触直径0.89mmのプローブが1ニュートンの力を加えられて900マイクロメートルの深さまで貫通される請求項1、2、または3に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートが、前記エチレン/アルキル(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー中に約5〜約40重量%、または約10〜約35重量%の範囲で存在する請求項1、2、3、4、または5に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートが、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、またはその2つ以上の組合せである請求項1、2、3、4、5、または6に記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレン/アルキル(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーが、管型反応器で生成されたコポリマーである請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、または7に記載の組成物。
- 組成物を含み、またはそれから生成された物品であって、前記物品としては、フィルム、多層ラミネート、押出シート、またはコーテッドファブリックが挙げられ、前記組成物が、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、または8に記載のものである物品。
- 前記物品が射出成形、押出成形、または異形押出、もしくは熱成形によって成形される請求項9に記載の物品。
