- 透湿性シートと、透湿性シートの第1の外面に隣接する金属層と、金属層上に堆積された無機材料の外部コーティング層とを含んでなり、蒸気曝露後の金属層の残留光学濃度のパーセント値が25%を超える、透湿性可撓性多層複合材料。
- 蒸気曝露後の金属層の残留光学濃度のパーセント値が35%を超える請求項1に記載の可撓性多層複合材料。
- 複合シートのMVTRが、金属層およびコーティング層の堆積の前に測定したシート層のMVTRの少なくとも80%である請求項1に記載の可撓性多層複合材料。
