Claims (26)
- 無段調節可能な変速比を有する複数の変速比範囲を備えた出力分岐式の伝動装置(10)において、機関に相対回動不能に結合するための駆動軸(14)と、分配伝動装置(30)と、バリエータ(20)と、出力軸(18)とが設けられており、分配伝動装置が、遊星歯車伝動装置(30)であり、駆動軸(14)が、遊星歯車伝動装置のリングギヤ(32)に直接連結可能であることを特徴とする、無段調節可能な変速比を有する複数の変速比範囲を備えた出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- 駆動軸(14)と遊星歯車伝動装置(30)のリングギヤ(32)とが、クラッチ(13)によって機関(VM)に相対回動不能に結合可能である、請求項1記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- バリエータ(20)が、分配伝動装置(30)と出力軸(18)との間の出力伝達路に設けられている、請求項1または2記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- 電気機械(40)が設けられており、該電気機械(40)が、分配伝動装置(30)と被駆動軸(16)との間に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- バリエータ(20)が、分配伝動装置(30)と電気機械(40)との間の出力伝達路に配置されている、請求項4記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- 出力軸(18)が、バリエータ(20)を迂回して駆動軸(14)に結合可能であり、出力軸(18)が、バリエータ(20)を介して駆動軸(14)に結合可能であり、出力の分割が不均一であるように、分配伝動装置(30)で出力伝達路の分岐が生ぜしめられるようになっている、請求項5記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- 電気機械(40)が、遊星歯車伝動装置のサンギヤ(33)に相対回動不能に結合された軸(35)に結合されている、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- 電気機械(40)が、伝動装置ハウジング(44,46)内に組み込まれており、該伝動装置ハウジング(44,46)が、バリエータ(20)および分配伝動装置(30)も収容しており、駆動軸(14)から出力軸(18)への当該伝動装置の長手方向で見て、電気機械(40)が、バリエータ(20)の一方の側に位置決めされており、分配伝動装置(30)が、バリエータ(20)の他方の側に位置決めされている、請求項4から7までのいずれか1項記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- 電気機械(40)が、別個の伝動装置ハウジング部分(46)内に収納されており、該伝動装置ハウジング部分(46)が、バリエータ(20)および分配伝動装置(30)を収容する伝動装置ハウジング部分(44)にフランジ結合可能である、請求項8記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- バリエータ軸(24,26)が、1つの平面を展開しており、駆動軸(14)と出力軸(18)とが、前記平面の外部にかつ前記平面に対して平行に延びている、請求項8または9記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- 遊星歯車伝動装置(30)が、逆転遊星歯車伝動装置として形成されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- クラッチ(17,19)が設けられており、該クラッチ(17,19)によって、選択的に、遊星歯車伝動装置(30)のサンギヤ(33)に相対回動不能に結合された軸(35)または遊星歯車伝動装置(30)のプラネタリキャリヤ(32)に相対回動不能に結合された軸(16)が、被駆動軸(18)に結合可能である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- バリエータ(20)の一方の軸(26)が、クラッチ(28)によって、遊星歯車伝動装置(30)のサンギヤ(33)に相対回動不能に結合された軸(16)に連結可能であり、バリエータ(20)の他方の軸(26)が、遊星歯車伝動装置(30)のプラネタリキャリヤ(34)に結合されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の出力分岐式の伝動装置。
- 無段調節可能な変速比を有する複数の変速比範囲を備えた出力分岐式の伝動装置に用いられる切換アッセンブリ(100)において、第1の軸(120)と第2の軸(121)とが設けられており、両軸(120,121)が、共通の軸線に沿って配置されており、両軸(120,121)の外周面が、少なくとも第1の軸と第2の軸との間の境界領域にそれぞれ歯形(123,124)を備えていて、整合しており、さらに、中空軸(111)が設けられており、該中空軸(111)が、第1の軸(120)と第2の軸(121)とを取り囲んでいて、少なくとも第1の軸または第2の軸の境界領域に内側歯列(117)を備えており、さらに、環状の切換エレメント(110)が設けられており、該切換エレメント(110)が、内側歯列(116)と外側歯列(118)とを有しており、内側歯列(116)が、第1の軸(120)および/または第2の軸(121)の歯形(123,124)に噛合い可能であり、外側歯列(118)が、中空軸(111)の内側歯列(117)に噛合い可能であり、切換エレメント(110)が、操作装置によって第1の軸(120)および第2の軸(121)および中空軸(111)の軸方向に移動可能であり、これによって、切換エレメント(110)が、ニュートラル領域を通走することなしに、同時に中空軸(111)の内側歯列(117)と、第1の軸(120)または第2の軸(121)の外側歯列(123,124)とに噛み合っているかまたは同時に第1の軸(120)および第2の軸(121)の外側歯列(123,124)とに噛み合っていることを特徴とする、無段調節可能な変速比を有する複数の変速比範囲を備えた出力分岐式の伝動装置に用いられる切換アッセンブリ。
- 切換エレメント(110)が、ハイドロリック的に操作されるようになっている、請求項14記載の切換アッセンブリ。
- 中空軸(111)と同期的に回転するスライディングスリーブ(113)が設けられており、該スライディングスリーブ(113)が、ピン(112)を有しており、該ピン(112)が、中空軸(111)に設けられた長孔を貫通していて、切換エレメント(110)の軸方向移動を生ぜしめるように、該切換エレメント(110)に係合している、請求項14記載の切換アッセンブリ。
- スライディングスリーブ(113)の操作のために、軸に対して定置の切換フォーク(114)が設けられており、該切換フォーク(114)が、定置の圧力チャンバ(115)によってハイドロリック的に操作されるようになっている、請求項16記載の切換アッセンブリ。
- 特に出力軸と、遊星歯車伝動装置のプラネタリキャリヤと共に回転する軸と、遊星歯車伝動装置のサンギヤと共に回転する軸との間のクラッチアッセンブリ(17,19)に対する、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置への、請求項14から17までのいずれか1項記載の切換アッセンブリ(100)の使用。
- 出力を摩擦接続的に伝達するためにバリエータ(231)を対応構成部材に結合するためのバリエータクラッチユニット(200)において、摩擦面アッセンブリ(230)が設けられており、一方のクラッチ側の摩擦面が、バリエータの一方のディスク(231)に固く結合されていることを特徴とする、出力を摩擦接続的に伝達するためにバリエータを対応構成部材に結合するためのバリエータクラッチユニット。
- 摩擦面(230)が、バリエータの固定ディスク(231)の切欠き内に組み込まれている、請求項19記載のバリエータクラッチユニット。
- 摩擦面アッセンブリ(230)と対応構成部材との間に、バリエータ軸の変形を補償するために、変形補償構成部材(232)が設けられている、請求項19または20記載のバリエータクラッチユニット。
- 変形補償構成部材(232)が、差込み歯列である、請求項21記載のバリエータクラッチユニット。
