光形成膜が、直接的に光形成されたオルガノシロキサンポリマーからなり、該オルガノシロキサンポリマーがガス状分子に対して実質的に透過性でありかつ非ガス状の分子およびイオンに対して実質的に非透過性である、検出デバイス。 - オルガノシロキサンポリマーが、シルセスキオキサンポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の検出デバイス。
- オルガノシロキサンポリマーが、ベータ置換のシルセスキオキサンポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の検出デバイス。
- オルガノシロキサンポリマーが、ヒドロシルセスキオキサンポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の検出デバイス。
- 結合部分が、光への暴露によって置き換えられて、光形成膜が形成される、請求項1に記載の検出デバイス。

- 母材が、酸化還元種を含む、請求項1に記載の検出デバイス。
- 母材が、キンヒドロン、フェロセン、フェロシアニド、およびフェリシアニドからなる群より選択される酸化還元種を含む、請求項1に記載の検出デバイス。
- 母材が、イオン種を含む、請求項1に記載の検出デバイス。
- 母材が、塩化物イオンを含む、請求項1に記載の検出デバイス。
- 銀−塩化銀の検出面と、
塩化物イオンを含有し、検出面を覆っている母材と、
母材の少なくとも一部分を覆っている直接的な光形成による膜と、
を含む基準電極であって、
光形成による膜が、水蒸気に対して実質的に透過性でありかつイオンに対して実質的に非透過性であるオルガノシロキサンポリマーからなり、
光形成による膜が、イオンの交換を可能にするように構成された少なくとも1つのオリフィスを有する、基準電極。 - オルガノシロキサンポリマーが、シルセスキオキサンポリマーを含む、請求項24に記載の基準電極。
- 結合部分が、光への暴露によって置き換えられて、光形成による膜が形成される、請求項24に記載の基準電極。
- オルガノシロキサンポリマーが、光開始剤の作用によって架橋させられる、請求項24に記載の基準電極。
- 光形成による膜が、母材を実質的に囲んでいる、請求項24に記載の基準電極。
- 光形成による膜が、母材に対して実質的に固定された幾何学的関係をもたらすようにパターン加工されている、請求項24に記載の基準電極。
- 光形成による膜が、母材および検出面に対して実質的に固定された幾何学的関係をもたらすようにパターン加工されている、請求項24に記載の基準電極。
- 非ガス状の分子およびイオンに対して実質的に非透過性であるガス透過膜を光形成によって製作する方法であって、
a)不安定な結合部分を有するオルガノシロキサンポリマーを表面へと塗布して層を形成するステップと、
b)層の少なくとも一部分へと紫外(UV)線を加えて不安定な部分を取り除き、オルガノシロキサンポリマーによって表面上の付着膜を形成するステップと、
c)層を現像剤にさらして、紫外線にさらされなかったオルガノシロキサンポリマーを選択的に取り除くステップと、
を含む、方法。 - オルガノシロキサンポリマーが、シルセスキオキサンポリマーを含む、請求項31に記載の方法。
- 非ガス状の分子およびイオンに対して実質的に非透過性であるガス透過膜を光形成によって製作する方法であって、
a)シルセスキオキサンポリマーを表面へと塗布して層を形成するステップと、
b)層の少なくとも一部分へと紫外(UV)線を加えて、シルセスキオキサンポリマーによって表面上の付着膜を形成するステップと、
c)層を現像剤にさらして、紫外線にさらされなかったシルセスキオキサンポリマーを選択的に取り除くステップと、
を含む、方法。
