Abstract
【解決手段】手動変速機1は、トランスミッションケース100と、トランスミッションケース100に差し込まれてシフト操作およびセレクト操作のいずれか一方を行なう入力部101と、入力部101と係合するシフトセレクトシャフト150とを備える。入力部101は、シフトセレクトシャフト150と係合可能なシフトインナーレバー130を有する。シフトインナーレバー130がシフトセレクトシャフト110に係合していない状態から入力部101がトランスミッションケース100から排出される方向に移動することでシフトインナーレバー130がシフトセレクトシャフト150に係合する。

Claims (4)
- ケースと、
前記ケースに差し込まれてシフト操作およびセレクト操作のいずれか一方を行なう入力部と、
前記入力部と係合するシフトセレクトシャフトとを備え、
前記入力部は、シフトセレクトシャフトと係合可能な係合部を有し、前記係合部がシフトセレクトシャフトに係合していない状態から前記入力部が前記ケースから排出される方向に移動することで前記係合部が前記シフトセレクトシャフトに係合するように前記係合部および前記シフトセレクトシャフトが前記ケース内で配置される、変速機。 - 前記係合部は前記シフトセレクトシャフトに係合するインナーレバーを含み、前記操作部は前記インナーレバーに嵌合するシフトアウターレバーシャフトを含む、請求項1に記載の変速機。
- ケースにシフトアウターレバーシャフトを差し込む工程と、
前記シフトアウターレバーシャフトに前記ケース内でインナーレバーを嵌合させ、シフトセレクトシャフトと係合しない位置に前記インナーレバーを移動させる工程と、
シフトセレクトシャフトを前記ケース内に組付ける工程と、
前記シフトアウターレバーシャフトを前記ケースから排出する方向に移動させることで前記ケース内で前記インナーレバーとシフトセレクトシャフトを係合させる工程とを備えた、変速機の製造方法。 - 前記シフトセレクトレバーシャフトと前記インナーレバーを係合させた後に前記ケースに対する前記シフトアウターレバーシャフトの位置決めを行なう工程をさらに備えた、請求項3に記載の変速機の製造方法。
