Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機システムは、過給機1を備えたエンジン2の排気流路3に配置された排気ガス浄化触媒4を暖機する排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機システムであり、過給機1のタービン1tに接続された電動モータ1mと、排気ガス浄化触媒4の暖機時に電動モータ1mを作動させてタービン1tに逆トルクを発生させる制御手段5と、を有する。

Claims (9)
- 過給機を備えた内燃機関の排気流路に配置された排気ガス浄化触媒を暖機する排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機方法であって、
前記過給機のタービンに逆トルクを負荷して排気ガスの温度を上昇させる、ことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機方法。 - 前記タービンの上流側から前記過給機のコンプレッサの下流側に前記排気ガスを循環させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機方法。
- 前記過給機がタービン流量調整手段を有する場合に、排気ガスのエネルギー損失が少なくなるように前記タービン流量調整手段を制御する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機方法。
- 前記過給機がタービン流量調整手段を有する場合に、前記タービンの上流側から前記過給機のコンプレッサの下流側に前記排気ガスを循環させるように前記タービン流量調整手段を制御する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機方法。
- 過給機を備えた内燃機関の排気流路に配置された排気ガス浄化触媒を暖機する排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機システムであって、
前記過給機のタービンに接続された負荷手段と、前記排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機時に前記負荷手段を作動させて前記タービンに逆トルクを発生させる制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機システム。 - 前記制御手段は、前記タービンの回転数又は前記排気流路の圧力を検知するセンサの出力に基づいて前記負荷手段を制御する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機システム。
- 前記タービンの上流側から前記過給機のコンプレッサの下流側に前記排気ガスを循環させる排気ガス再循環装置と、前記排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機時に前記排気ガス再循環装置を作動させて前記排気ガスを循環させる制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機システム。
- 前記タービンの排気ガス流量を調整するタービン流量調整手段と、前記排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機時に前記タービン流量調整手段を作動させて排気ガスのエネルギー損失が少なくなるように制御する制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機システム。
- 前記タービンの上流側から前記過給機のコンプレッサの下流側に前記排気ガスを循環させる排気ガス再循環装置と、前記タービンの排気ガス流量を調整するタービン流量調整手段と、前記排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機時に前記排気ガス再循環装置及び前記タービン流量調整手段を作動させて前記排気ガスを循環させる制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の排気ガス浄化触媒の暖機システム。
