Abstract
【解決手段】符号化されたデータパケットを自動再送要求に基づいて再送した後、シンボル単位またはビット単位のいずれかで、以前受信したデータパケットと合成する。前記再送したデータパケットのシンボルは、所定の信号コンステレーションを用いて変調し、各シンボルビットは、前記所定の信号コンステレーションの全シンボルに対する個々のビット信頼性によって定義された平均ビット信頼性を有する。このとき、本方法では、すべての送信のそれぞれのビットに対する合成平均ビット信頼性が平均化されるように、変調前に、ビット配置を変換しおよび/または論理ビット値を反転させることによってビットシーケンスを修正する。

・ソフト合成(Soft-Combining)
・符号合成(Code-Combining)
・ソフト合成と符号合成の組み合わせ
がある。
ソフト合成を使用すると、再送パケットは、以前受信した情報と同一の情報を運ぶ。この場合、例えば、非特許文献3または非特許文献4に開示されているように、複数の受信パケットをシンボル単位(symbol-by-symbol basis)またはビット単位(bit-by-bit basis)のどちらかで合成する。このすべての受信パケットからの軟判定値を合成することによって、送信ビットの信頼性は受信パケットの数とパワーに比例して増加する。復号器から見た場合、すべての送信において(一定の符号化率を持った)同じFEC方式が使用される。したがって、復号器は、合成した軟判定値のみを見ているため、再送の実行回数を知る必要はない。この方式では、すべての送信パケットが同じ数のシンボルを運ぶ必要がある。
符号合成は、受信パケットを連結して新しい符号語(送信回数が増加するほど符号化率が減少する)を生成する。したがって、復号器は再送ごとに適用するFEC方式を知る必要がある。再送パケットの長さは回線状態に応じて変更可能であるため、符号合成はソフト合成に比べて柔軟性が高い。しかし、符号合成はソフト合成に比べてより多くの送信信号データを必要とする。
再送パケットに以前送信したシンボルと同一のシンボルおよびそれと異なる符号シンボルが含まれている場合、同一の符号シンボルは「ソフト合成」の項で述べたソフト合成を用いて合成され、残りの符号シンボルは符号合成を用いて合成される。ここでの信号要件は符号合成の信号要件と類似している。
付加的白色ガウス雑音(AWGN:Additive White Gaussian Noise)および等しい尤度のシンボルを用いたチャネルによる送信でシンボルsnを送信したという制約の下でi番目のビットbn iの平均LLRは、
複数送信を考えると、独立したAWGNチャネルおよび等しい尤度のシンボルでシンボルsn (j)を送信したという制約の下でj番目のビットbn jのk回目の送信後の平均LLRは、

Claims (4)
- 送信データを16QAMシンボルに変調する変調部と、
変調前に、前記送信データのビットシーケンス(i1q1i2q2)のi1とi2の位置を交換し、q1とq2の位置を交換し、i1とq1を論理的に反転させることによって前記ビットシーケンスを変更するビットシーケンス変更部と、
第1送信時に、前記ビットシーケンス(i1q1i2q2)に基づく16QAMシンボルを通信相手に送信する送信部と、
前記通信相手から再送要求信号を受信する受信部と、を有し、
前記送信部は、再送時に、前記ビットシーケンス変更部によって変更されたビットシーケンスに基づく16QAMシンボルと前記変更を示す情報とを前記通信相手に送信する、
送信装置。 - 送信データを16QAMシンボルに変調する変調部と、
変調前に、前記送信データのビットシーケンス(i1q1i2q2)のi1とi2の位置を交換し、q1とq2の位置を交換し、i2とq2を論理的に反転させることによって前記ビットシーケンスを変更するビットシーケンス変更部と、
第1送信時に、前記ビットシーケンス(i1q1i2q2)に基づく16QAMシンボルを通信相手に送信する送信部と、
前記通信相手から再送要求信号を受信する受信部と、を有し、
前記送信部は、再送時に、前記ビットシーケンス変更部によって変更されたビットシーケンスに基づく16QAMシンボルと前記変更を示す情報とを前記通信相手に送信する、
送信装置。 - 送信データを16QAMシンボルに変調する工程と、
第1送信時に、前記送信データのビットシーケンス(i1q1i2q2)に基づく16QAMシンボルを通信相手に送信する工程と、
前記通信相手から再送要求信号を受信する工程と、
再送時の変調前に、前記ビットシーケンス(i1q1i2q2)のi1とi2の位置を交換し、q1とq2の位置を交換し、i1とq1を論理的に反転させることによって前記ビットシーケンスを変更する工程と、
再送時に、前記変更工程によって変更されたビットシーケンスに基づく16QAMシンボルと前記変更を示す情報とを前記通信相手に送信する工程と、
を有する送信方法。 - 送信データを16QAMシンボルに変調する工程と、
第1送信時に、前記送信データのビットシーケンス(i1q1i2q2)に基づく16QAMシンボルを通信相手に送信する工程と、
前記通信相手から再送要求信号を受信する工程と、
再送時の変調前に、前記ビットシーケンス(i1q1i2q2)のi1とi2の位置を交換し、q1とq2の位置を交換し、i2とq2を論理的に反転させることによって前記ビットシーケンスを変更する工程と、
再送時に、前記変更工程によって変更されたビットシーケンスに基づく16QAMシンボルと前記変更を示す情報とを前記通信相手に送信する工程と、
を有する送信方法。
