Abstract
【解決手段】シール1は、第1内側シール縁3を備える第1シール本体2を含んで構成される。また、第1シール本体2からは第1脚部4が突出し、第1脚部4の先端には第1脚部4から突出する第2外側シール縁6が配設される。これにより、確実なシールを達成することができ、同時に流体充填容器の見掛け上の漏洩を防止することができる。

Claims (8)
- 歯車装置又は原動機の流体充填容器(20)用のシール(1)であって、
接合される該流体充填容器の部品間の確実なシール用でありかつ第1内側シール縁(3)を備える第1シール本体(2)を含んで構成され、
該第1シール本体(2)から外側へ突出する第1脚部(4)が設けられ、
この第1脚部は、前記部品間のシーリングギャップの領域において延伸可能であり、その先端に、該第1脚部(4)から突出すると共に前記部品の外縁部のシールを可能とする第2外側シール縁(6)が配設され、
流体は外側からシーリングギャップに浸透することができず、前記第1内側シール縁(3)と前記第2外側シール縁(6)との間に存在する流体は外側まで浸透することができない流体充填容器用のシール(1)。 - 前記第1内側シール縁(3)及び前記第2外側シール縁(6)は、同一方向を指向する請求項1に記載の流体充填容器用のシール(1)。
- 前記第1シール本体(2)がシーリング溝へ好都合に挿入可能な脚部(7)として配設され、
実質的にL字形をなす請求項1または請求項2に記載の流体充填容器用のシール(1)。 - 第2シール本体(8)が、前記第1脚部(4)から突出し、前記第1シール本体(2)と前記第2外側シール縁(6)とを相互に結合させ、
中間貯留室としての前記第1内側シール縁(3)と前記第2外側シール縁(6)との間の位置に集合した流体が前記流体充填容器(20)の外周に沿って流動するのを阻止することができる請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の流体充填容器用のシール(1)。 - 前記第1脚部(4)の表面と前記第2外側シール縁(6)の上縁部との間の距離が、前記第1脚部(4)の表面と前記第2シール本体(8)の上縁部との間の距離と等しい請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の流体充填容器用のシール(1)。
- 原動機又は歯車装置用の流体充填容器(20)であって、
請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つに記載のシール(1)と、下側部品(21)及び上側部品(22)と、を含んで構成され、
前記シール(1)と、前記下側部品(21)及び前記上側部品(22)と、は分割面(27)に沿って相互に接合可能であり、
前記シール(1)は、前記下側部品(21)と前記上側部品(22)との間に挿入される流体充填容器(20)。 - 前記シール(1)は、前記第1脚部(4)の前記先端(5)が前記下側部品(21)又は前記上側部品(22)の外縁部(29)と同一平面で広がるように挿入される請求項6に記載の流体充填容器(20)。
- 前記上側部品の外縁部(30)が、前記下側部品(21)の前記外縁部(29)に対する前記分割面(27)の領域において突出するか、
又は、前記下側部品(21)の前記外縁部(29)が、前記上側部品(22)の前記外縁部(30)に対する前記分割面(27)の領域において突出する請求項6または請求項7に記載の流体充填容器(20)。
