Abstract
【解決手段】 少なくとも表面が凹凸形状の基材(2)に対して液状の塗布剤(P2)を塗布する前に、基材のうち塗布剤が塗布される領域内に塗布剤よりも粘度の低い液体(溶剤、P1)を塗布する。ここで、液体(P1)は、塗布剤(P2)に対して相溶性を有する液体であることが好ましい。

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも表面が凹凸形状の基材に対して液状の塗布剤を塗布する前に、前記基材のうち前記塗布剤が塗布される領域内に前記塗布剤よりも粘度の低い液体を塗布することを特徴とする塗布装置。
- 前記基材に対して前記液体を噴射するスプレーユニットを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗布装置。
- 前記液体を収容する収容部材と、
回転動作により、前記基材に対して前記液体を塗布するロール部材とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗布装置。 - 前記塗布剤を収容する収容部材と、
回転動作により、前記基材に対して前記塗布剤を塗布するロール部材とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の塗布装置。 - 前記液体は、前記塗布剤に対して相溶性を有する液体であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の塗布装置。
- 前記基材に塗布される前記液体の量は、前記基材に含まれる空間部を満たす量以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の塗布装置。
- 前記基材が多孔質体であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の塗布装置。
- 前記基材及び前記塗布剤が、二次電池の電極を構成する材料であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の塗布装置。
- 少なくとも表面が凹凸形状の基材に対して塗布剤を塗布する第1工程と、
前記第1工程よりも前に、前記基材のうち前記塗布剤が塗布される領域内に前記塗布剤よりも粘度の低い液体を塗布する第2工程とを有することを特徴とする塗布方法。 - 前記液体は、前記塗布剤に対して相溶性を有する液体であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の塗布方法。
- 前記基材に塗布される前記液体の量は、前記基材に含まれる空間部を満たす量以上であることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の塗布方法。
- 前記基材が多孔質体であることを特徴とする請求項9から11のいずれか1つに記載の塗布方法。
- 請求項9から12のいずれか1つに記載の塗布方法を用いて、二次電池の電極を製造することを特徴とする電極製造方法。
