Abstract
【解決手段】フライアッシュに水を加えてスラリーとし、スラリーに疎水剤及び起泡剤を添加し、撹拌して気泡を発生させ、気泡にフライアッシュ中の未燃カーボンを付着させて浮上させ、フライアッシュ中の未燃カーボンを除去するフライアッシュの湿式脱炭において、湿式浮選分離による沈降分を固液分離し、得られた液相を新たなフライアッシュの浮選分離に再使用するにあたり、液相中の起泡剤の濃度が所定の範囲になるようにスラリーに添加する起泡剤の量を調整する。液相中の起泡剤の濃度を所定の範囲に調整するにあたり、液相のCOD濃度を測定し、COD濃度が所定の範囲になるようにスラリーに添加する起泡剤の量を調整してもよい。

Claims (3)
- フライアッシュに水を加えてスラリーとし、
該スラリーに疎水剤及び起泡剤を添加し、撹拌して気泡を発生させ、該気泡に前記フライアッシュ中の未燃カーボンを付着させて浮上させ、フライアッシュ中の未燃カーボンを除去するフライアッシュの湿式脱炭において、
前記湿式浮選分離による沈降分を固液分離し、得られた液相を新たなフライアッシュの浮選分離に再使用するにあたり、該液相中の起泡剤の濃度が所定の範囲になるように前記スラリーに添加する起泡剤の量を調整することを特徴とするフライアッシュの湿式脱炭における薬剤管理方法。 - 前記液相中の起泡剤の濃度を所定の範囲に調整するにあたり、該液相のCOD濃度を測定し、該COD濃度が所定の範囲になるように前記スラリーに添加する起泡剤の量を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライアッシュの湿式脱炭における薬剤管理方法。
- 前記液相中の起泡剤の濃度を、湿式浮選分離されるフライアッシュ1kg当たり200mg以上4000mg以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフライアッシュの湿式脱炭における薬剤管理方法。
