Abstract
【解決手段】 フライアッシュに捕集剤を直接に添加してミキサー5において撹拌・混合してから混合槽7において水を加えてスラリー化し、液中撹拌装置9において剪断力を付加した後に浮選機15において未燃カーボンを浮選分離する。

Description
フライアッシュタンク1は、図示しない石炭火力発電所から排出されたフライアッシュを貯蔵するものであり、当該フライアッシュには石炭火力発電所のボイラでの燃焼の際に、未燃の状態で残ったカーボン分が付着若しくは含有されている。
ミキサーの第2の実施形態を図3に示す。図3は、第2の実施形態に係るミキサーの構造を示す断面図であり、図2と同じ部分には同一の符号を付している。
ミキサーの第4の実施形態を図5に示す。図5は、第4の実施形態に係るミキサーの構造を示す模式図である。
本ミキサー50に供給されたフライアッシュFは、上部又は回転軸内の噴霧管54から噴霧された捕集剤Gとともに、電動機55で回転するリボン状の羽根53により、側面からみて横8の字状に動かされて撹拌・混合されて、排出口56から取り出される。

Claims (3)
- ミキサーにおいてフライアッシュに0〜40重量%の水と捕集剤とを添加して撹拌することにより混合物を生成し、前記混合物に更に水を添加してスラリーを生成し、前記スラリーに剪断力を付加し、前記剪断力を付加されたスラリーに起泡剤を添加して空気を吸い込みつつ撹拌することにより前記フライアッシュ中の未燃カーボンを浮選分離することを特徴とするフライアッシュ中の未燃カーボンの除去方法。
- 前記ミキサーは高速流動型混合機であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライアッシュ中の未燃カーボンの除去方法。
- 前記ミキサーはリボンブレンダーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライアッシュ中の未燃カーボンの除去方法。
