Abstract
【解決手段】鋼裏金6の内側に摺動面としての軸受合金層7が形成された2個を一対として円筒形状とする半割形状すべり軸受1において、鋼裏金の外側背面にBi又はBi基合金の被覆層8を形成する。BiまたはBi基合金は背面圧や半割形状すべり軸受1の背面と軸受ハウジング内面間での相対的すべりによる応力での流動は起きるが、溶融すると体積が減少するので流動量が少なく、凝集部の体積が小さいために半割形状すべり軸受の摺動面を内面側に盛り上げて軸との直接、接触による強当りが発生し難くなる。

Claims (2)
- 鋼裏金の内側に摺動面としての軸受合金層が形成された2個を一対として円筒形状とする半割形状すべり軸受において、
前記鋼裏金の外側背面にBi又はBi基合金の被覆層を形成したことを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記Bi基合金の被覆層は、Biと1〜30質量%以下のSn,Pb,In,Ag,Cuの1種以上とからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
