Claims (13)
- 内燃エンジンのためのベアリング(1)であって、
鋼支持層(2)と、
上記鋼支持層(2)上に被せられかつ銅合金を含む被覆層(3)と、
上記被覆層(3)上に被せられたニッケルベースの拡散防止バリア層(4)と、
上記拡散防止バリア層(4)上に被せられかつスズ−亜鉛のマトリクスおよび亜鉛析出物を含む耐摩耗層(5)と、
上記ベアリング(1)の使用時に上記拡散防止バリア層(4)と上記耐摩耗層(5)との間に形成されるニッケル−亜鉛ベースの中間層(6)と、
上記ベアリング(1)の使用時に上記耐摩耗層(5)上に形成される亜鉛ベースの重畳層(7)とを備えている
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1において、
上記重畳層(7)が、上記ベアリングの使用開始時に上記耐摩耗層(5)上に形成される
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記中間層(6)が、上記重畳層(7)の形成の後に上記ベアリング(1)の使用時間の経過および温度の上昇により上記拡散防止バリア層(4)と上記耐摩耗層(5)との間に形成される
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1において、
上記中間層(6)が、1〜5μmの厚みである
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1において、
上記重畳層(7)が、90〜100重量%の亜鉛を含んでいる
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1において、
上記重畳層(7)が、0〜10重量%のスズを含んでいる
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1において、
上記重畳層(7)が、1〜3μmの厚みである
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1において、
上記拡散防止バリア層(4)が、90〜100重量%のニッケルを含んでいる
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1において、
上記拡散防止バリア層(4)が、1〜10μmの厚みである
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1において、
上記耐摩耗層(5)が、25〜40重量%の亜鉛を含んでいる
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項10において、
上記耐摩耗層(5)が、27〜32重量%の亜鉛を含んでいる
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1において、
上記耐摩耗層(5)が、60〜75重量%のスズを含んでいる
ことを特徴とするベアリング。 - 請求項1において、
上記耐摩耗層(5)が、5〜30μmの厚みである
ことを特徴とするベアリング。
