Abstract

本发明公开了一种双金属衬套,通过在该金属衬套的钢套本体的内表面电镀一层铜即电镀铜层,相比于现有技术中的多次烧结而言,更有利于铜和钢二者的结合,然后将铜粉烧结在电镀铜层的表面即耐磨层,整个过程减少了烧结次数,提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及衬套,具体涉及一种双金属衬套。
背景技术
目前,轴承衬套在生产过程中需要进行多次烧结,生产工序复杂,投入成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供了一种双金属衬套,通过在该金属衬套的钢套本体的内表面电镀一层铜即电镀铜层,相比于现有技术中的多次烧结而言,更有利于铜和钢二者的结合,然后将铜粉烧结在电镀铜层的表面即耐磨层,整个过程减少了烧结次数,提高了生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种双金属衬套,包括由不锈钢制成的钢套本体,所述的钢套本体的内表面设有电镀层,所述的电镀层的表面烧结有耐磨层。
作为上述方案的优选,所述的钢套本体的内表面和钢套本体的外表面的夹角为1度30分±5分。
作为上述方案的优选,所述的电镀层为电镀铜层。
作为上述方案的优选,所述的电镀层的厚度为0.5mm。
作为上述方案的优选,所述的耐磨层的材质为CuPb30且为粉状。
作为上述方案的优选,所述的耐磨层的厚度为2.5±0.04mm。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在该金属衬套的钢套本体的内表面电镀一层铜即电镀铜层,相比于现有技术中的多次烧结而言,更有利于铜和钢二者的结合,然后将铜粉烧结在电镀铜层的表面即耐磨层,整个过程减少了烧结次数,提高了生产效率。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种双金属衬套,包括由不锈钢制成的钢套本体,所述的钢套本体的内表面设有电镀层,所述的电镀层的表面烧结有耐磨层,所述的钢套本体的内表面和钢套本体的外表面的夹角为1度30分±5分,其中,所述的电镀层为电镀铜层且其厚度为0.5mm,其中的耐磨层的材质为CuPb30且为粉状,其厚度为2.5±0.04mm。

1.一种双金属衬套,包括由不锈钢制成的钢套本体,其特征在于,所述的钢套本体的内表面设有电镀层,所述的电镀层的表面烧结有耐磨层。
2.如权利要求1所述的双金属衬套,其特征在于,所述的钢套本体的内表面和钢套本体的外表面的夹角为1度30分±5分。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的双金属衬套,其特征在于,所述的电镀层为电镀铜层。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的双金属衬套,其特征在于,所述的电镀层的厚度为0.5mm。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的双金属衬套,其特征在于,所述的耐磨层的材质为CuPb30且为粉状。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的双金属衬套,其特征在于,所述的耐磨层的厚度为2.5±0.04mm。
