Abstract

(Problema) Generar un revestimiento pulverizado denso, con resistencia superior al desgaste, dureza superior, resistencia superior al metal fundido, y una resistencia superior al choque térmico. (Solución) La presente invención es un polvo atomizado térmico de cermet para ser atomizado sobre una superficie de un rodillo para un baño de recubrimiento de metal fundido, en donde el polvo se caracteriza porque comprende: un primer boruro incluyendo W; una segundo boruro incluyendo Cr; partículas de aleación de aglutinante que incluye al menos W, Cr, y Co; e impurezas inevitables; el contenido de B es 4.5% en masa a 8.5% en masa y el contenido de W siendo 50% en masa a 85% en masa con respecto a 100% en masa del polvo atomizado térmico de cermet.
