Abstract

本发明提供一种新型金属制品,主要包括金属本体、恒温层、过滤层、抗氧化层和耐磨层。特征是:在所述金属本体的表面依次覆盖有恒温层、过滤层、抗氧化层和耐磨层。本发明结构简单,恒温层由恒温材料构成,使其能够耐高温,抗氧化层由cc复合材料构成以及耐磨层由高能离子注渗碳化钨材料构成,使其能够抗氧化且耐磨。

本发明涉及金属制品加工及其制造领域,尤其是涉及一种新型金属制品。
背景技术
目前,在现有的金属制品加工及其制造领域中,大部分的金属制品在加工前后的搬运,加工的过程中容易与周围的物体发生磕碰,磨擦等耗损行为,另外长时间放置于空气中,容易使金属本体表面发生氧化等化学反应,从而影响金属本体的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能耐高温、抗氧化、且耐磨损的新型金属制品。
本发明的技术方案是:一种新型金属制品,主要包括金属本体、恒温层、过滤层、抗氧化层和耐磨层,其特征在于:在所述金属本体的表面依次覆盖有恒温层、过滤层、抗氧化层和耐磨层。
进一步,所述恒温层由恒温材料构成。
进一步,所述过滤层由石墨构成。
进一步,所述抗氧化层由cc复合材料构成。
进一步,所述耐磨层由高能离子注渗碳化钨材料构成。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明结构简单,恒温层由恒温材料构成,使其能够耐高温,抗氧化层由cc复合材料构成以及耐磨层由高能离子注渗碳化钨材料构成,使其能够抗氧化且耐磨。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种新型金属制品,主要包括金属本体1、恒温层2、过滤层3、抗氧化层4和耐磨层5。在所述金属本体1的表面依次覆盖有恒温层2、过滤层3、抗氧化层4和耐磨层5。
进一步,所述恒温层2由恒温材料构成。
进一步,所述过滤层3由石墨构成。
进一步,所述抗氧化层4由cc复合材料构成。
进一步,所述耐磨层5由高能离子注渗碳化钨材料构成。
