Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,包括:金属制品本体、光滑层、耐磨层、抗氧化层、防护漆层和焊接层;所述金属制品本体的表面设置有光滑层,所述金属制品本体的焊接端部一体成型有焊接层,所述光滑层外壁依次设置有耐磨层、抗氧化层和防护漆层;所述光滑层为粉末压制粘接在金属制品本体表面,在所述光滑层内部设有10%~20%的石墨粉末;所述焊接层含碳量低于2%,并含有0.08%~0.09%的钪;所述耐磨层含有高能离子注渗碳化钨材料;所述抗氧化层为碳碳复合材料;所述防护漆层包含:改性聚丁二烯树脂、二氧化硅、甲基丙二醇、链烷烃蜡。该耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,可以保证该金属制品焊接强度,可以降低金属制品的磨损速度,间接地保护金属制品。

技术领域
本发明涉及铸铁类金属制品设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品。
背景技术
随着社会现代化进程的加快,金属制品的普及率越来越高,无论是在制造业、还是农业等行业中,金属制品由于其耐久性好,制造工艺简单,而被广泛的使用。
现有技术中的铸铁金属制品中,由于铸铁中含碳量较高,焊接工艺却要求较低的含碳量才能保证其焊接强度。使得,现有技术中的铸铁金属制品通常避免采用焊接的方式连接,然而焊接工艺相对简单,而且使用率和普及率较高,在工人现场中,更易选择焊接方式满足金属制品相互之间的连接。
金属制品在长期使用过程中,通常会发生相互之间的磨损,导致损坏金属制品,影响金属制品的使用寿命,且金属制品之间相对摩擦力较大,进一步加快了金属制品的磨损。
由此可见,现有技术的铸铁金属制品中,存在不宜实现焊接的连接方式,而且,金属制品在长期使用过程中,相互之间磨损严重,影响金属制品使用寿命的缺陷。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种可以保证该金属制品焊接强度,降低金属制品的磨损速度,间接地延长金属制品寿命的耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,包括:金属制品本体、光滑层、耐磨层、抗氧化层、防护漆层和焊接层;
所述金属制品本体的表面设置有光滑层,所述金属制品本体的焊接端部一体成型有焊接层,所述光滑层外壁依次设置有耐磨层、抗氧化层和防护漆层;
所述光滑层为粉末压制粘接在金属制品本体表面,在所述光滑层内部设有10%~20%的石墨粉末;
优选的,所述焊接层含碳量低于2%,并含有0.08%~0.09%的钪;
优选的,所述耐磨层含有高能离子注渗碳化钨材料;
优选的,所述抗氧化层为碳碳复合材料;
优选的,所述防护漆层包含:改性聚丁二烯树脂、二氧化硅、甲基丙二醇、链烷烃蜡。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述防护漆层包含:10份改性聚丁二烯树脂;1.2份二氧化硅;4份甲基丙二醇;2.8份链烷烃蜡。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述焊接层的含碳量低于1%,并含有0.088的钪。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述光滑层内部含有15%的石墨粉末。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述金属制品本体表面开设有锯齿状凹槽,所述光滑层嵌入所述锯齿状凹槽中,所述光滑层厚度大于所述锯齿状凹槽的深度。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述锯齿状凹槽中向外凸起的部分呈圆弧状。

该耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,在金属制品本体的表面设置有光滑层,金属制品本体的焊接端部一体成型有焊接层,光滑层外壁依次设置有耐磨层、抗氧化层和防护漆层。避免了现有技术中,铸铁金属制品不易焊接连接,增加金属制品相互之间或者与其他部件之间的连接工艺要求,增加成本;而且现有技术中的金属制品在搬运或者长期使用过程中,金属与金属之间摩擦较大,容易对金属制品表面磨损,影响金属制品质量的缺陷。该耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,通过焊接层来实现提高金属制品的焊接性能,保证该金属制品焊接强度。进一步通过光滑层,来提高金属制品在长期磨损过程中,光滑程度,从而降低金属制品的磨损速度,间接地保护金属制品。

金属制品本体1的表面设置有光滑层2,通过光滑层2磨损掉落的石墨粉末,降低金属制品本体1与光滑层2之间的摩擦力,从而保护金属制品本体。尤其适用于金属制品表面在长期工作过程中,需要发生较多的相对滑动摩擦的金属制品。由于铸铁类金属制品含碳量较高,通常不能采用焊接方式进行连接,但是焊接方式是一种相对操作简单,连接强度较高的连接方式,为了使该金属制品能够满足焊接的要求,在金属制品本体1的焊接端部一体成型有焊接层4,优选的,在金属制品设计过程中,在其需要焊接位置均设置焊接层4,实现铸铁金属制品满足焊接要求。光滑层2外壁依次设置有保护光滑层2的耐磨层3(该耐磨层3设计成份为具有较高强度的化学组份,以保证其耐磨强度,实现对其包裹在内的部件较强的保护作用);提高抗氧化能力的抗氧化层5和隔绝与外界环境的防护漆层6。
为了方便在光滑层2内部设置石墨粉末,优选的,光滑层2为粉末压制粘接在金属制品本体1表面(优选的,为直接压制在金属制品本体表面),通过实验计算得出,在满足强度要求和光滑度要求的前提下,在光滑层2内部设有10%~20%的石墨粉末。
为了保证焊接性能,在焊接层4中含碳量具有较高的要求,优选的,焊接层4含碳量低于2%,并含有0.08%~0.09%的钪以提高焊接层4的焊接性能。优选的,焊接层4为从金属制品本体1表面到焊接层外表面,含碳量呈逐渐减低、含钪量呈上升趋势。既提高焊接性能,又可以保证焊接层4与金属制品本体1之间材料差异性降低,从而提高焊接层4与金属制品本体1之间的连接强度。
为了提高金属制品的耐磨效果,避免长期摩擦过程中,损坏金属制品,优选的,耐磨层3含有高能离子注渗碳化钨材料,以提高耐磨层的耐磨效果,进而提高金属制品的耐磨效果。
优选的,抗氧化层5为碳碳复合材料。
优选的,防护漆层6包含:改性聚丁二烯树脂、二氧化硅、甲基丙二醇、链烷烃蜡。
防护漆层6包含:10份改性聚丁二烯树脂;1.2份二氧化硅;4份甲基丙二醇;2.8份链烷烃蜡。
上述组份的配比,可以完全的对金属制品表面密封,完全的隔离与外界空气的流通,避免外界环境中的污染物对金属制品的损坏。
为了进一步提高焊接效果,和焊接强度,焊接层4的含碳量低于1%,并含有0.088%的钪。
同样的,优选的,光滑层2内部含有15%的石墨粉末。
由于光滑层2与金属制品本体1之间的连接方式,以及两层之间化学成份不同,两者之间的连接强度相对较弱。为了提高焊接层4与金属制品本体1之间的连接强度,在金属制品本体1表面开设有锯齿状凹槽,光滑层2嵌入锯齿状凹槽中,光滑层2厚度大于锯齿状凹槽的深度。
在金属制品长期使用过程中,有可能磨损至金属制品本体1表面,为了避免尖锐的锯齿状凸起划伤其他设备或者金属制品,将锯齿状凹槽中向外凸起的部分设计为圆弧状。

Claims (6)
1.一种耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,其特征在于,包括:金属制品本体(1)、光滑层(2)、耐磨层(3)、抗氧化层(5)、防护漆层(6)和焊接层(4);
所述金属制品本体(1)的表面设置有光滑层(2),所述金属制品本体(1)的焊接端部一体成型有焊接层(4),所述光滑层(2)外壁依次设置有耐磨层(3)、抗氧化层(5)和防护漆层(6);
所述光滑层(2)为粉末压制粘接在金属制品本体(1)表面,在所述光滑层(2)内部设有10%~20%的石墨粉末;
所述焊接层(4)含碳量低于2%,并含有0.08%~0.09%的钪;
所述耐磨层(3)含有高能离子注渗碳化钨材料;
所述抗氧化层(5)为碳碳复合材料;
所述防护漆层(6)包含:改性聚丁二烯树脂、二氧化硅、甲基丙二醇、链烷烃蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,其特征在于,所述防护漆层(6)包含:10份改性聚丁二烯树脂;1.2份二氧化硅;4份甲基丙二醇;2.8份链烷烃蜡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,其特征在于,所述焊接层(4)的含碳量低于1%,并含有0.088的钪。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,其特征在于,所述光滑层(2)内部含有15%的石墨粉末。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,其特征在于,所述金属制品本体(1)表面开设有锯齿状凹槽,所述光滑层(2)嵌入所述锯齿状凹槽中,所述光滑层(2)厚度大于所述锯齿状凹槽的深度。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨且易焊接的铸铁金属制品,其特征在于,所述锯齿状凹槽中向外凸起的部分呈圆弧状。
