Abstract
【解決手段】保持器4は、小径リング部9と、大径リング部10と、これらの間に配設される複数の柱部11とを備える。大径リング部10に軸受内輪の大径側端部に設けられた大鍔8と係合可能な引っ掛け部15を有する。ポニフェニレンサルファイドに樹脂強化材を充填させてなり、樹脂強化材の充填率をMとしたときに、0重量%<M<10重量%とした。

ここで、Z:ころ本数、DA:ころ平均径、PCD:ころピッチ円径
図6に示すようなトラミッション装置に使用される。すなわち、図示省略しているが、トラミッション装置は、所定間隔で平行配置された主軸と副軸とがミッションケースに回転自在に支持され、その主軸は出力軸(駆動車輪側)に連動され、副軸は入力軸(エンジン側)に連動されている。そして、主軸が本発明に係る円すいころ軸受(図1に示す円すいころ軸受)にて支持されている。
ここで、Z:ころ本数、DA:ころ平均径、PCD:ころピッチ円径
外周縁の最外径部21とが、軸受中心軸と直交する平面上にほぼ配置されるので、保持器を付き合わせ使用する場合の複列円すいころ軸受の対向する保持器同士又は単列の円すいころ軸受の場合はハウジング等の相手部品との干渉を防止することができる。このため、装着性(他の部材への組み込み性)に優れる。

Claims (8)
- デファレンシャルケースと、このデファレンシャルケース内に配置される差動減速機構と、差動減速機構のリングギヤに噛合するピニオンギヤと、ピニオンギヤを支持するピニオン軸とを備えたデファレンシャル装置において、前記ピニオン軸をデファレンシャルケース内に回転自在に支持する円すいころ軸受に用いる保持器であって、
小径リング部と、大径リング部と、これらの間に配設される複数の柱部とを備え、大径リング部に軸受内輪の大径側端部に設けられた大鍔と係合可能な引っ掛け部を有し、ポニフェニレンサルファイドに樹脂強化材を充填させてなり、樹脂強化材の充填率をMとしたときに、0重量%<M<10重量%としたことを特徴とする円すいころ軸受用保持器。 - 車両用のトランスミッションを回転自在に支持する円すいころ軸受に用いる保持器であって、

- 樹脂強化材がガラス繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の円すいころ軸受用保持器。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受用保持器を用いた円すいころ軸受であって、
前記ころ係数γが0.94を超えることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受用保持器を用いた円すいころ軸受であって、
保持器のポケットの窓角度を55°以上80°以下とすることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 軸受組立状態において、小径リング部の小径側端面と、円すいころの小端面の外周縁の最外径部とが、軸受中心軸と直交する平面上にほぼ配置され、もしくは小径リング部の小径側端面が軸受中心軸と直交する平面上よりも内側にあることを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 内輪の大径側端部に設けられた大鍔には前記引っ掛け部が掛合する周方向溝を有することを特徴とする請求項5〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
