Description
A)その断熱層が、合成フォームから構成され、
B)その膨張層が、リン含有ポリオールをベースとするポリウレタンフォームから構成され、そして
C)その膨張層の厚みが、その断熱材料全体の厚みの2〜98%である。

R1は、適当であるならばヒドロキシ基によって置換された、C1〜C4−アルキルであり、そして
R2およびR3は、互いに独立して、Hまたはメチルである。]
A)公知の方法によって、合成フォームから構成される成形物、断面材、または同様の半完成品を製造する工程、
B)リン含有ポリオールをベースとするポリウレタンフォームを製造するのに必要な粗原料を混合することによって液状反応混合物を製造する工程、および
C)その半完成品の関連表面にその液状反応混合物を塗布し、それを発泡および硬化させる工程。
使用した断熱層は、30kg/m3の密度を有し、DIN4102B2に適合する難燃性を有する、市販されている硬質ポリウレタンフォームから構成された断熱フォームシートを含んでいた。膨張層を製造するための出発物質は、欧州特許出願公開第0 217 080A1号明細書に詳しく説明されているものである。
実施例1
1つの側面の上に軟質膨張層をコーティングされた硬質ポリウレタンフォームシートから構成された断熱材料
約500×500×60mmの寸法を有するフォーム要素を、厚み60mmの市販されている硬質ポリウレタンフォーム断熱シートから切り出した。このフォーム要素を、可動型カバーを有し、内部寸法が約500×500×66mmである型の中に挿入した。欧州特許出願公開第0 217 080A1号明細書の実施例15に相当する反応混合物を調製した。そうして得られた液状反応混合物を型の中に注入し、型カバーで密閉した。約10分の脱型時間の後、軟質膨張層を有する成形物が得られた。このものの特に特徴としている点は、その膨張層がバッキング材料の上に優れた接着性を有していることであった。
1つの側面の上に硬質膨張層をコーティングされた硬質ポリウレタンフォームシートから構成された断熱材料
実施例1に記載の断熱要素の製造法を修正して、欧州特許出願公開第0 217 080A1号明細書の実施例12に相当する反応混合物を使用した。得られた成形物は硬質膨張層を有していた。
難燃性を評価するために、実施例1および2の断熱材料、さらには比較例としてコーティングなしの硬質ポリウレタンフォームシートの耐火時間を求めた。この目的では、耐火性は、DIN4102−8に従い、小試験リグ(small test rig)で求めた。この試験においては、同じ構造の2つの試験片を、オイルバーナーの側面に取り付ける。その寸法は500×500mmである。オイルバーナーは、約13kgオイル/時間で燃焼させる。バーナーの内部における温度は約1000℃に達する。それらの試験片が、燃焼チャンバーの周縁部として機能する。本発明の膨張コーティングが火に直面して、火炎に対して保護なしで暴露される。それぞれの試験片の外側に、正確に中心に1本、それぞれの四分の一区分(quadrant)のほぼ中心に1本ずつ取り付けられた5本の熱電対を存在させる。全部で10本の熱電対を使用して、試験時間の間、外側側面の上での温度上昇を記録する。周囲温度に対して示される温度上昇は、それぞれ個々の熱電対では180℃を超えてはならず、全部の熱電対の平均で140℃を超えてはならない。
決定的な試験判定基準は、火炎がシート状の試験片を貫通することに加えて、火炎とは反対側の面の上の温度上昇である。耐火時間が長い材料の特徴は、火炎に暴露させるスタートからの、この温度が決められた限度を超えることがない時間が最大化されることである。材料は最大限の断熱効果を有していなくてはならず、火炎の作用が原因のこの断熱効果の低下を最小限にしなければならない。表1に示した時間から、これらの判定基準によれば、その膨張層の厚みがたったの約8〜10mmしかない本発明の断熱材料の耐火時間が、比較例であるコーティングなしの硬質ポリウレタンシートのそれに比較してかなり改良されていたということが判る。表1の実施例から判るように、その保護コーティングは硬質フォームまたは軟質フォームの形態をとることができる。それぞれのケースにおいて、耐火時間が改良されている。
消音性を評価する目的で、吸音レベルを、実施例1の断熱材料、さらには比較例としてのコーティングなしの硬質ポリウレタンフォームシートについて、DIN EN ISO 10534−2により求めた。このためには、試験片を試験用パイプの1つの末端に位置させた。他端にはラウドスピーカーを設置し、それが試験片に対して垂直方向に照射するようにした。音圧を求めることが可能なマイクロフォンを、その試験用パイプの2つの位置に取り付けておいた。記録された試験結果は、周波数の関数としての相対的な音吸収であった。表2にこの試験の結果を列記する。
表2の試験結果から判るように、本発明の断熱材料の吸音性、したがった消音性は、すべての周波数において、コーティングなしの硬質ポリウレタンフォームシートのそれよりも良好である。したがって、断熱材料上のたった8〜10mmの厚みの膨張層が、顕著に改良された耐火時間を与えるだけではなく、特に1600Hzを超える周波数では、顕著な吸音性も与えている。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1層の断熱層と1層の膨張層から構成される断熱材料であって、
A)前記断熱層が、合成フォームから構成され、
B)前記膨張層が、リン含有ポリオールをベースとするポリウレタンフォームから構成され、そして
C)前記膨張層の厚みが、その断熱材料全体の厚みの2〜98%である、
断熱材料。 - 前記合成フォームが、ポリウレタン、ポリイソシアヌレート、ポリアルキレン、ポリスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、尿素−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、シリコーン、エポキシ樹脂、ポリイミド、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、またはポリスルホンから構成されるフォームである、請求項1に記載の断熱材料。
- ポリスチレンの場合においては、発泡ポリスチレン(XPS)または押出法ポリスチレン(XPS)を含むか、ポリ塩化ビニルの場合においては、硬質PVCまたは軟質PVCを含むか、ポリアルキレンの場合においては、低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン、またはポリプロピレンを含む、請求項2に記載の断熱材料。
- 前記リン含有ポリオールが一般式(I)の物質を含む、
(R1−O)2P(=O)−CH2−N(CHR2−CHR3−OH)2 (I)

請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の断熱材料。 - 前記断熱層が硬質フォームを含み、前記膨張層が軟質フォームを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の断熱材料。
- 前記断熱層が硬質フォームを含み、前記膨張層が硬質フォームまたは半硬質フォームを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の断熱材料。
- さらなる構成成分を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の断熱材料。
- 少なくとも1層の合成フォームから構成される断熱層および1層のリン含有ポリオールをベースとするポリウレタンフォームから構成される膨張層から構成される、断熱材料を製造するための方法であって、
A)公知の方法によって、前記合成フォームから構成される成形物、断面材、または同様の半完成品を製造する工程、
B)リン含有ポリオールをベースとする前記ポリウレタンフォームを製造するのに必要な粗原料を混合することによって液状反応混合物を製造する工程、および
C)前記半完成品の関連表面に前記液状反応混合物を塗布し、それを発泡および硬化させる工程、
を含む方法。 - 工程C)をフォーム成形法により実施する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 断熱または消音のための、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の断熱材料の使用。
- 前記断熱材料が、同時に断熱および消音のために使用される、請求項10に記載の使用。
- 前記断熱材料が、断熱材料要素の形態で使用される、請求項10または11に記載の使用。
