Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂組成物は、ポリ乳酸系樹脂(A)と、オレフィン系樹脂(B)と、アイオノマー樹脂などの酸変性オレフィン系樹脂(C)とを含む。前記オレフィン系樹脂(B)はメタロセン触媒を用いて重合した直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン系樹脂で構成でき、分散度は4以下であり、かつ重量平均分子量1000〜10000の低分子量成分の積算含有量は0.3面積%以上である。

(A-2)ポリ乳酸PLA(「レイシアH400」三井化学(株)製)
オレフィン系樹脂(B):
(B-1)直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンLLDPE(「エボリューSP1540」プライムポリマー(株)製)
(B-2)直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンLLDPE(「エボリューSP1520」プライムポリマー(株)製)
(B-3)低密度ポリエチレンLDPE(「ノバテックLC520」日本ポリエチレン(株)製)
(B-4)直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンLLDPE(「ノバテックUF230」日本ポリエチレン(株)製)
(B-5)直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンLLDPE(「エボリューSP1510」プライムポリマー(株)製)
(B-6)直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンLLDPE(「エボリューSP0510」プライムポリマー(株)製)
酸変性オレフィン系樹脂(C):
(C-1)アイオノマー(「ハイミラン1706Zn」三井・デュポンケミカル(株)製)
(C-2)アイオノマー(「ハイミラン1855Zn」三井・デュポンケミカル(株)製)
なお、前記オレフィン系樹脂(B)の分散度、低分子量成分の含有量などの特性を下表に示す。また、実施例及び比較例で用いたオレフィン系樹脂(B)のゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィ(GPC)による分子量分布を図1に示し、低分子量成分の分布状態を図2に示す。
ポリ乳酸PLA(「レイシアH100」三井化学(株)製)35重量部、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(「エボリューSP1540」プライムポリマー(株)製)65重量部、アイオノマー(「ハイミラン1706Zn」三井・デュポンケミカル(株)製)5重量部を、2軸押し出し機(アイ・ケー・ジー(株)製、PMT73−40.5)を用いて溶融混練(190℃、150rpm)し、ノズル(190℃)から直径約3mmで水中に押し出して固化し、ついで長さ約3mmに切断し、樹脂ペレットを得た。
表3に示す割合(重量部)で各成分を用いる以外、実施例1と同様の操作を行った。
〈樹脂組成物の評価〉
(成形性)
フィルム成形性を以下の基準で評価した。
△:フィルムの表面が不均一
×:フィルムの表面が著しく不均一又はフィルム成形ができない
(メルトフローレート:MFR)
JIS K−7210の手法に従って、得られたチップを190℃に保ったシリンダに充填し、充填棒を用いて圧縮した。チップを充填し、4分30秒後に2.16kgの荷重を加え、30秒間に亘り樹脂を押し出した。押し出された樹脂の重量を10分間押し出した重量に換算し、メルトフローレートの値(g/10分)とした。
(エルメンドルフ引裂き強度)
JIS K7182に準拠して、長方形試験片で機械方向(MD方向)及び幅方向(TD方向)の引裂き強度を測定し、100μm厚みに換算した。
(シール強度)
フィルム面を合わせてヒートシール圧1kg/cm2、シール時間1秒、片面加熱により温度140℃で圧着し、剥離角度90°、試験速度300mm/分、試験片巾15mmで剥離強度(シール強度)を示した。
ポリ乳酸PLA(「レイシアH100」三井化学(株)製)30重量部、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(「エボリューSP1540」プライムポリマー(株)製)70重量部、アイオノマー(「ハイミラン1855Zn」三井・デュポンケミカル(株)製)5重量部を、2軸押し出し機(アイ・ケー・ジー(株)製、PMT73−40.5)を用いて実施例1と同様にして、樹脂ペレットを得た。
表4に示す割合で各成分を用いる以外、実施例2と同様の操作を行った。
表5に示す割合(重量部)で各成分を用いる以外、実施例2と同様の操作を行った。結果を表5に示す。
実施例1で得た40μmのフィルムを濡れ張力40dynで片面コロナ放電処理した。この処理面と、二軸延伸ポリ乳酸フィルム25μm(東セロ(株)製「パルグリーンLC」)のコロナ放電処理面とを、2液硬化型のポリウレタン系樹脂からなる接着剤(三井化学ポリウレタン(株)製、主剤:タケラックA969/硬化剤:タケネートA5)を3g/m2(乾燥後)の塗布量にてドライラミネートした。この積層体を140℃にて三方ヒートシールした。シール強度は14N/l5mm幅であり、実用上十分な強度を有している。また、バイオマス由来の樹脂であるポリ乳酸を約59重量%含むため、環境にやさしい包材として好適である。
二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム12μm(東洋紡績(株)製「E5100」)のコロナ放電処理面と、二軸延伸ナイロンフィルム15μm(ユニチカ(株)製「エンプレムONBC」)のコロナ放電処理面とを、2液硬化型のポリウレタン系樹脂からなる接着剤(三井化学ポリウレタン(株)製、主剤:タケラックA969/硬化剤:タケネートA5)を3g/m2(乾燥後)の塗布量にてドライラミネートした。実施例2で得た40μmのフィルム片面をコロナ放電処理して濡れ張力40dynとし、この処理面と上記で得られた積層体のナイロンフィルム側のコロナ放電処理面とを、上記と同じ接着剤及び塗布量にてドライラミネートした。この積層体を170℃にて三方ヒートシールした。シール強度は20N/15mm幅であった。透明性、機械強度及び柔軟性も保持している。また、ポリ乳酸を約15重量%含有するため、化石資源由来の樹脂の節減となる。
Claims (11)
- ポリ乳酸系樹脂(A)と、オレフィン系樹脂(B)と、カルボキシル基、酸無水物基又はこれらの金属塩を含む酸変性オレフィン系樹脂(C)とを含む樹脂組成物であって、前記オレフィン系樹脂(B)の分散度が4以下であり、かつ重量平均分子量1000〜10000の低分子量成分の積算含有量が0.3面積%以上であるポリ乳酸系樹脂組成物。
- オレフィン系樹脂(B)が、分散度1.8〜3.5、かつ重量平均分子量1000〜10000の低分子量成分の積算含有量0.5〜3面積%を有する請求項1記載の樹脂組成物。
- オレフィン系樹脂(B)が、重量平均分子量1.3×105〜2.3×105、数平均分子量5×104〜8×104を有する請求項1又は2記載の樹脂組成物。
- ポリ乳酸系樹脂(A)がポリ乳酸であり、オレフィン系樹脂(B)がメタロセン触媒を用いて重合した直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン系樹脂であり、酸変性オレフィン系樹脂(C)がアイオノマー樹脂である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- ポリ乳酸系樹脂(A)100重量部に対してオレフィン系樹脂(B)10〜1000重量部を含む請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- ポリ乳酸系樹脂(A)とオレフィン系樹脂(B)との合計100重量部に対して酸変性オレフィン系樹脂(C)1〜30重量部を含む請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- オレフィン系樹脂(B)100重量部に対して酸変性オレフィン系樹脂(C)2〜25重量部を含む請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- ポリ乳酸系樹脂(A)の含有量が、ポリ乳酸系樹脂(A)とオレフィン系樹脂(B)と酸変性オレフィン系樹脂(C)との総量に対して15〜50重量%である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物で形成されたヒートシール層。
- 基材と、この基材の少なくとも一方の面に、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物で形成された樹脂層とで構成されている積層体。
- 基材が、熱可塑性樹脂フィルムである請求項10記載の積層体。
