Abstract
【解決手段】安全弁装置300は、所定温度以上になったときに開弁する弁機構を内部に備える安全弁装置本体310と、弁機構が開弁したときに、安全弁装置本体310を介して、水素タンクから流出する水素が流れるガス流路332、および、ガス流路332を流れる水素を外部に放出するための水素放出口334を有する放出管330と、を備える。放出管330において、水素放出口334は、ガス流路332の軸心方向に対して傾斜した方向に水素が放出されるように形成されており、放出管330は、さらに、ガス流路332の軸心を中心として、放出管330を回動させる回転力が入力される溝部336を有する。

Description
A.車両の構成:
図1は、本発明の一実施例としての車両1000の概略構成を示す説明図である。図1(a)に、車両1000を左側側面から見た様子を示した。また、図1(b)に、車両1000を後方から見た様子を示した。また、図1(c)に、車両1000を下方から見た様子を示した。
図2は、水素タンク100の概略構成を模式的に示す説明図である。図示するように、水素タンク100には、バルブ装置200が接続されている。
図3は、安全弁装置300の外観を示す説明図である。図示するように、この安全弁装置300は、所定温度以上になったときに開弁する弁機構を内部に備える安全弁装置本体310と、安全弁装置本体310内に備えられた弁機構が開弁したときに、安全弁装置本体310を介して、水素タンク100から流出する水素が流れるガス流路332、および、ガス流路332を流れる水素を外部に放出するための水素放出口334を有する放出管330と、放出管330を安全弁装置本体310に固定するロックナット340とを備えている。
以上、本発明の実施の形態について説明したが、本発明はこのような実施の形態になんら限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々なる態様での実施が可能である。例えば、以下のような変形が可能である。
上記実施例では、安全弁装置300において、本発明における回転入力部として、溝部336を備えるものとしたが、本発明は、これに限られない。回転入力部は、放出管330に対してガス流路3320の軸心を中心として回転力が入力されるように形成されていればよく、例えば、放出管330に、回転入力部として、突起や穴等を設けるようにしてもよい。また、放出管330自体の形状を多角柱形状とし、スパナ等の工具を用いて回転力が入力されるようにしてもよい。
上記実施例では、放出管330を防水透湿性素材からなる防塵フィルタ350によって覆うものとしたが、本発明は、これに限られない。防塵フィルタ350として、防水透湿性を有していないものを用いるようにしてもよい。また、防塵フィルタ350を省略するようにしてもよい。
上記実施例では、可溶合金312、および、可溶合金322として、ビスマス(Bi)とインジウム(In)とからなる二元合金を用いるものとしたが、本発明は、これに限られない。可溶合金312、および、可溶合金322として、他の合金を用いるようにしてもよい。また、可溶合金312と可溶合金322とは、互いに異なる合金からなるものとしてもよい。また、可溶合金312、および、可溶合金322の代わりに、これらのうちの少なくとも一方を、樹脂等の他の材料からなる溶融部材を用いるようにしてもよい。
上記実施例では、可溶合金322は、溶融部材放出口320から安全弁装置本体310の外部に突出しないように詰め込まれているものとしたが、本発明は、これに限られない。
上記実施例では、安全弁装置300は、バルブ装置200に接続されるものとしたが、本発明は、これに限られない。安全弁装置300を水素タンク100に直接接続するようにしてもよい。
上記実施例では、水素タンク100は、燃料電池FCによって発電された電力を利用して走行する電気自動車(いわゆる燃料電池自動車)に搭載されるものとしたが、本発明は、これに限られない。水素タンク100を、いわゆる水素自動車に搭載するようにしてもよい。
上記実施例では、本発明の高圧ガスタンクを水素タンク100に適用した場合について説明したが、水素以外の他の高圧ガスを貯蔵する高圧ガスタンクに適用するようにしてもよい。

Claims (9)
- 高圧ガスを貯蔵する高圧ガスタンクに用いられる安全弁装置であって、
所定温度以上になったときに開弁する弁機構を内部に備える安全弁装置本体と、
前記弁機構が開弁したときに、前記安全弁装置本体を介して、前記高圧ガスタンクから流出する前記高圧ガスが流れるガス流路、および、前記ガス流路を流れる前記高圧ガスを外部に放出するためのガス放出口を有するガス放出管と、を備え、
前記ガス放出管において、前記ガス放出口は、前記ガス流路の軸心方向に対して傾斜した方向に前記高圧ガスが放出されるように形成されており、
前記ガス放出管は、さらに、前記ガス流路の軸心を中心として、前記ガス放出管を回動させる回転力が入力される回転入力部を有する、
安全弁装置。 - 請求項1記載の安全弁装置であって、
前記ガス放出口には、防塵フィルタが備えられている、安全弁装置。 - 請求項2記載の安全弁装置であって、
前記防塵フィルタは、防水透湿性素材からなる、安全弁装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の安全弁装置であって、
前記弁機構は、
弁体と、
前記弁体を支持することによって閉弁状態を維持するとともに、前記所定温度以上になったときに溶融する第1の溶融部材と、
溶融した前記第1の溶融部材を外部に放出するための溶融部材放出口と、を備えており、
前記第1の溶融部材が溶融し、前記溶融部材放出口から外部に放出されたときに、前記弁体が移動して開弁状態となる弁機構であり、
前記溶融部材放出口には、前記所定温度以上になったときに溶融する第2の溶融部材が詰め込まれている、安全弁装置。 - 請求項4記載の安全弁装置であって、
前記第1の溶融部材、および、前記第2の溶融部材の少なくとも一方は、合金からなる、安全弁装置。 - 請求項4または5記載の安全弁装置であって、
前記第2の溶融部材は、前記溶融部材放出口から前記安全弁装置本体の外部に突出しないように詰め込まれている、安全弁装置。 - 高圧ガスを貯蔵する高圧ガスタンクに接続されるバルブ装置であって、
請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の安全弁装置を備えるバルブ装置。 - 高圧ガスを貯蔵する高圧ガスタンクであって、
請求項1ないし6記載の安全弁装置、または、請求項7記載のバルブ装置を備える高圧ガスタンク。 - 車両であって、
請求項8記載の高圧ガスタンクが、前記車両の床部に搭載されており、
前記安全弁装置において、前記ガス放出管は、前記回転入力部に、前記回転力が入力されることによって、前記ガス放出口から放出される前記高圧ガスの放出方向が、前記車両の後方斜め下方であって、前記高圧ガスタンク、および、前記車両に備えられたタイヤが配置されている空間以外の空間となるように、前記高圧ガスの放出方向が調整され、前記安全弁装置本体に固定されている、車両。
