Abstract
【解決手段】スクロール圧縮機50は、電動機部5、圧縮機構部6、クランク軸11、軸受、及び密閉容器1を備える。軸受は主軸受13及び副軸受14を備える。副軸受14は、支持部に溶接されると共に内周に内球面部15aを有する軸受ハウジング15と、内球面部15aと摺動して自動調芯機能を持つ外球面形状部16bを有する球面軸受16と備える。球面軸受16は、機械構造用炭素鋼材または鋳物材の表面に窒化処理を施して硬化し、さらに二硫化モリブデンおよびリン酸マンガン皮膜処理を施して構成される。軸受ハウジング15は、低炭素鋼材を用い、その表面の少なくとも球面軸受16の外球面部16bとの摺動面になる内球面部にガス軟窒化処理を施して構成される。

Description
(1)前記軸受ハウジングは炭素含有量が0.25%未満の低炭素鋼材を用いたこと。
(2)前記軸受ハウジングの表面層の硬度を400Hv以上としたこと。
Claims (3)
- 電動機部と、
作動流体を圧縮する圧縮機構部と、
前記電動機部の回転力を前記圧縮機構部に伝達して当該圧縮機構部を駆動するクランク軸と、
前記クランク軸を前記電動機部の両側で回転可能に支持する複数の軸受と、
前記電動機部、前記圧縮機構部、前記クランク軸、及び前記複数の軸受を収納した密閉容器とを備え、
前記圧縮機構部は、それぞれの端板上に設けられた渦巻状のラップを噛み合わせることにより圧縮室を形成する固定スクロールおよび旋回スクロールと、前記旋回スクロールの自転防止手段と、前記自転防止手段を支持するフレームとを備え、
前記複数の軸受は、前記フレームに内蔵されて前記クランク軸を支持する主軸受と、前記電動機部より反圧縮機構部側で前記クランク軸を支持する副軸受とを備え、
前記副軸受は、支持部に溶接されると共に内周に内球面部を有する軸受ハウジングと、前記軸受ハウジング内に収納され前記内球面部と摺動して自動調芯機能を持つ外球面形状部を有する球面軸受と備え、
前記球面軸受は、機械構造用炭素鋼材または鋳物材の表面に窒化処理を施して硬化し、さらに二硫化モリブデンおよびリン酸マンガン皮膜処理を施して構成されたスクロール圧縮機において、
前記軸受ハウジングは、低炭素鋼材を用い、その表面の少なくとも前記球面軸受の外球面部との摺動面になる内球面部にガス軟窒化処理を施して構成した
ことを特徴とするスクロール圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、前記軸受ハウジングは炭素含有量が0.25%未満の低炭素鋼材を用いたことを特徴とするスクロール圧縮機。
- 請求項1において、前記軸受ハウジングの表面層の硬度を400Hv以上としたことを特徴とするスクロール圧縮機。
