Abstract
【解決手段】デンプン0〜35質量%、タンパク質20〜70質量%、セルロース繊維15〜60質量%、尿素1〜15質量%となるように各成分を混合し、その混合物100質量部に対して水10〜100質量部を加え、二軸ミキサー等を用いてよく捏ね、約120℃の加熱を加えながら圧延して、厚みが数十〜300μm程度のフィルムやシートを得る。

Description
表1(表2)において良好な混合性及び加熱プレス性がよかった試験番号18、18(2)〜18(4)及び37、37(2)〜37(4)の計8つの組成物から、120℃の加熱プレス(5MPa、5分間)により各種フィルムを作製し、これらフィルムの引っ張り強度を測定した。その結果を表3に示す。
次に上記強度試験において用いられた8つの組成物及び試験番号36の組成物から、120℃の加熱プレス(5MPa、5分間)により各種フィルムを作製し、これらフィルムの耐水性を評価した。評価は、常温水に浸漬した際に、膨潤が見られず、形状が維持されていたかどうかで判定した。その結果を表4に示すが、200μmの膜厚のものでは7日間、1mmの膜厚のものでは24日以上の耐水性が確認された。また、参考までに常温下でプレス加工をしたシートの耐水性も併せて評価した。
Claims (8)
- デンプン0〜35質量%、
タンパク質20〜70質量%、
セルロース繊維15〜60質量%、
尿素1〜15質量%
からなることを特徴とする生分解性フィルム又はシート用組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の組成物から得られる生分解性フィルム又はシート。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物に加水して捏ねた後、100〜135℃の加熱下において、圧延されたことを特徴とする生分解性フィルム又はシート。
- 請求項2又は3の生分解性フィルム又はシートから得られた袋。
- デンプン0〜30質量%、
タンパク質15〜60質量%、
セルロース繊維10〜40質量%、
尿素0.75〜12質量%、
水20〜60質量%からなることを特徴とする生分解性フィルム又はシート用組成物。 - 請求項5に記載の組成物を捏ねることにより得られた生分解性フィルム又はシート製造用の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の生分解性組成物に加水して捏ねる工程又は請求項5又は6の何れか1項に記載の組成物を捏ねる行程、
前記こねた組成物を加熱しながらプレス処理する工程を有する生分解性フィルム又はシートの製造方法。 - 100〜135℃で加熱する請求項7に記載の生分解性フィルム又はシートの製造方法。
