Abstract
【解決手段】 Al、TiおよびMgを含有し、モル比による組成式がAl2(1−x)MgxTi(1+x)O5(0.21≦x≦0.5)で表される擬ブルッカイト型結晶を具備する耐熱性セラミック部材であって、実質的にSiを含有せず、かつアルカリ金属を酸化物換算で全量中0.21〜0.77質量%含有するもので、これにより、耐熱分解性および耐熱性を向上することができる。

Claims (3)
- Al、TiおよびMgを含有し、モル比による組成式がAl2(1−x)MgxTi(1+x)O5(0.21≦x≦0.5)で表される擬ブルッカイト型結晶からなる耐熱性セラミック部材であって、実質的にSiを含有せず、かつアルカリ金属を酸化物換算で全量中0.21〜0.77質量%含有することを特徴とする耐熱性セラミック部材。
- 前記アルカリ金属はNaまたはKであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐熱性セラミック部材。
- 請求項1または2記載の耐熱性セラミック部材を用いた多孔質体からなることを特徴とするフィルタ。
