Abstract
【解決手段】中継部材受入体10は、端子保持体40に列をなして保持された端子30,30’の複数列の端子群が広がる面たる端子配列面に対して直角をなす組立方向で端子保持体40と組み立てられ、該中継部材受入体10は、中継部材Pを受け入れる複数の収容溝11のそれぞれが組立方向に延びて形成されており、複数の端子30,30’は、端子配列面に対して直立して端子30,30’の一端側で保持され、かつ、中継部材Pと接触して弾性撓み可能な接触部31,31’が端子30,30’の他端側の位置で収容溝11内方に向かって設けられているコネクタ1において、複数の端子30,30’は、端子30,30’の他端側の先端部が中継部材受入体10と当接して、接触部31,31’の弾性撓み方向で中継部材Pから離反する方向に予圧を受けている。

Claims (7)
- 複数の端子と該複数の端子を列をなして保持する端子保持体とを有する中継部材接続体と、該中継部材接続体に組み立てられ、上記端子と接続されるべき中継部材を受け入れる中継部材受入体とを備える回路基板用電気コネクタであって、上記中継部材受入体は、上記端子保持体に列をなして保持された端子の複数列の端子群が広がる面たる端子配列面に対して直角をなす組立方向で該端子保持体と組み立てられ、該中継部材受入体は、中継部材の受入れを可能とする複数の収容溝のそれぞれが上記組立方向に延びて形成されており、上記複数の端子は、上記端子配列面に対して直立して該端子の一端側で保持され、かつ、上記中継部材と接触して弾性撓み可能な接触部が該端子の他端側の位置で上記収容溝内方に向かって設けられている該回路基板用電気コネクタにおいて、上記複数の端子は、該端子の他端側の先端部が上記中継部材受入体と当接して、上記接触部の弾性撓み方向で中継部材から離反する方向に予圧を受けていることを特徴とする回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 中継部材接続体および中継部材受入体のいずれか一方は両者の組立のための係止部を、他方は被係止部を有しており、該係止部および該被係止部の少なくとも一方は、上記組立方向および上記接触部の弾性撓み方向の両者に対して直角な方向での弾性撓みが可能となっており、上記係止部は、上記組立方向で遊びをもって上記被係止部と係止していることとする請求項1に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 端子は、同一収容溝での端子配列方向から見て、該収容溝に対して両側に端子が対称に配され、両端子の接触部が対向する方向に弾性撓み可能となっていることとする請求項1または請求項2に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 端子は、対向する端子の接触部が同一収容溝での端子配列方向で互いにずれて位置するように配置されていることとする請求項3に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 被係止部は、組立方向に延びる腕部として形成されており、係止部は、上記被係止部と組立方向で係止する係止段部として形成されていることとする請求項2ないし請求項4のいずれか一つに記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 腕部は、組立方向に延びる該腕部の両縁部の間で先端縁部寄りの位置まで該組立方向に延びる窓状の溝部により、該組立方向で互いに平行に延びる二つの側部と、該側部の先端同士を連結する連結部とが形成されており、係止部は、該連結部と上記組立方向で係止する突起として形成されていることとする請求項5に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 被係止部と係止部との組は、端子の接触部の弾性撓み方向で複数組設けられていることとする請求項2ないし請求項6のいずれか一つに記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
