Abstract
【解決手段】基材12の意匠面18に、物理蒸着法又は化学蒸着法により金属薄膜20を直接に形成して、金属調の加飾を施すと共に、該金属薄膜20に対して、該基材12と該金属薄膜20の両方に付着する特性を備えた透明な塗膜からなるトップコート層22を10〜40μmの厚さで形成して、構成した。

Claims (15)
- 金属調の加飾が施されるべき意匠面を備えた、樹脂成形品からなる基材と、
該基材の前記意匠面に対して、物理蒸着法又は化学蒸着法により直接に形成されて、金属調の加飾を施す金属薄膜と、
該金属薄膜に10〜40μmの厚さで形成された、前記基材と該金属薄膜の両方に付着する特性を備えた透明な塗膜からなるトップコート層と
を含んで構成されていることを特徴とする加飾樹脂成形品。 - 前記金属薄膜が、0.001〜1μmの膜厚を有している請求項1に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記金属薄膜が、6.0×10-6以上の線膨張係数を有する金属材料を用いて形成されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記金属薄膜が、金、銀、白金、銅、アルミニウム、亜鉛、ニッケル、クロム、錫、チタン、ニッケル−クロム合金、ステンレス鋼、モリブデンのうちの何れか1種からなる金属材料、又はそれらのうちの何れか2種以上からなる合金材料を用いて形成されている請求項3に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記基材が、非晶性樹脂材料を用いて形成された樹脂成形品からなっている請求項1乃至請求項4のうちの何れか1項に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記基材が、微結晶性樹脂材料を用いて形成された樹脂成形品からなっている請求項1乃至請求項4のうちの何れか1項に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記基材が、非晶性樹脂材料と微結晶性樹脂材料とが混合せしめられてなる混合材料を用いて形成された樹脂成形品からなっている請求項1乃至請求項4のうちの何れか1項に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記トップコート層が、艶消し材を含む塗料を用いて形成された透明な艶消し塗膜にて構成されている請求項1乃至請求項7のうちの何れか1項に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記トップコート層が、有色の透明な塗膜にて構成されている請求項1乃至請求項8のうちの何れか1項に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記トップコート層が、2液硬化型塗料を用いて形成された塗膜からなると共に、該2液硬化型塗料を構成する2液のうちの何れか一方が、樹脂への付着性を発揮する官能基を有する一方、該2液のうちの何れか他方が、金属への付着性を発揮する官能基を有している請求項1乃至請求項9のうちの何れか1項に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記基材の意匠面に、多数の微細な凹部及び/又は凸部によって形成された模様を有する第一の被加飾部が設けられると共に、該第一の被加飾部に対して、前記金属薄膜が物理蒸着法又は化学蒸着法により直接に形成されることによって、該意匠面に、金属調の加飾が施されている請求項1乃至請求項10のうちの何れか1項に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記基材の意匠面に、凹凸のない平滑面からなる第二の被加飾部が設けられると共に、該第二の被加飾部に対して、前記金属薄膜が物理蒸着法又は化学蒸着法により直接に形成されることによって、該意匠面に、金属調の加飾が施されている請求項1乃至請求項11のうちの何れか1項に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記基材の意匠面に、多数の微細な凹部及び/又は凸部によって形成された模様を有する第一の被加飾部の、該凹部の深さや該凸部の高さ、或いは該模様の種類が互いに異なる複数種類と、凹凸のない平滑面からなる第二の被加飾部のうちの少なくとも2種類の被加飾部が、互いに隣り合って設けられると共に、それら少なくとも2種類の被加飾部に対して、物理蒸着法又は化学蒸着法により金属薄膜が直接に形成されることによって、該意匠面に、互いに外観が異なる複数種類の金属調の加飾が施されている請求項1乃至請求項10のうちの何れか1項に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 自動車用内装部品である請求項1乃至請求項13のうちの何れか1項に記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 樹脂成形品からなる基材の意匠面に、金属調の加飾が施されてなる加飾樹脂成形品を製造する方法であって、
前記基材の意匠面に対して、金属薄膜を物理蒸着法又は化学蒸着法により直接に形成して、金属調の加飾を施す工程と、
前記金属薄膜に対して、前記基材と該金属薄膜の両方に密着する特性を備えた透明な塗膜からなるトップコート層を10〜40μmの厚さで形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする加飾樹脂成形品の製造方法。
