Abstract
磁力と遠心力を同時に付与し、従来技術より小型かつ分離効率の良いB/F分離装置を備えた自動分析装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
B/F分離を行う際に、磁力と遠心力を同時に作用させることにより、捕捉効率を上げることができ、分析時間の短縮につながる。また、遠心力を付与する方法としてターンテーブルを用いた場合と比較し、反応容器単体で回転させるために、装置の小型化につながり、かつ全周囲に磁石を配列することができるために捕捉効率が上がる。

Claims (4)
- 試料と試薬を反応させる反応容器と、該反応容器の外部から磁力をかけるための磁力発生手段と、該磁力発生手段により前記反応容器に磁力をかけると同時に、該反応容器を回転させるための反応容器回転手段を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 前記自動分析装置において、反応容器保持する反応容器保持部を備え、当該反応容器保持部を回転させ遠心力を付与し、回転中心が反応容器内にあることを特徴とするB/F分離装置。
- 前記自動分析装置において反応容器周囲全体に磁石を配置することで、固相捕捉効率をあげることを特徴とするB/F分離装置。
- 前記自動分析装置において、反応容器上部に蓋を設けることで、高速回転した際、溶液の周囲への飛散りをなくすことを可能にしたことを特徴とするB/F分離装置。
