Abstract
【解決手段】 ユーザデータを符号化した第1の訂正能力を有する第1の誤り訂正符号と、制御情報を符号化した第1の訂正能力よりも高い第2の訂正能力を有する第2の誤り訂正符号と、同期信号とを含み、第1の誤り訂正符号に対して、第2の誤り訂正符号と同期信号とが交互にインターリーブされているデータストリームを構成する。

(a)同期信号115eが正常に検出され、第2の誤り訂正符号の構成シンボル112eに誤りが検出されなかった場合、第1の誤り訂正符号の構成シンボル111iに対して消失フラグは付加しない。
(g)第2の誤り訂正符号の構成シンボル112fに誤りが検出されず、同期信号115fが正常に検出された場合、第1の誤り訂正符号の構成シンボル111kに対して消失フラグは付加しない。

Claims (2)
- 第1の所定サイズを有する第1のデータを列方向に第1の所定数分割した第1の情報部と、前記第1の情報部に付加された第1のパリティとを含み、ガロア体上のReed−Solomon符号を用いて符号化された第1のエラー訂正符号と、
第2の所定サイズを有する第2のデータを列方向に第2の所定数分割した第2の情報部と、前記第2の情報部に付加された第2のパリティとを含み、ガロア体上のReed−Solomon符号を用いて符号化された第2のエラー訂正符号と、
をインタリーブして、行方向に分割し、それらを連続的につなげ、RLL(RunLengthLimited)符号の変調符号によってデジタル変調して、記録媒体に記録し、
前記第1及び2のエラー訂正符号の訂正能力は、符号間の最小距離をdとし、エラー訂正可能個数をtとすると、「d≧2×t+1」の関係が成り立ち、
また、消失訂正個数をeとすると、「d≧2×t+e+1」の関係が成り立ち、
前記第1のデータは、AVデータ、テキストデータ、アプリケーションプログラムデータなどであり、
前記第2のデータは、アドレス情報、著作権管理情報などである、記録方法。 - 請求項1に記載の記録方法によって記録が行われる記録媒体を製造するための製造方法、又は前記製造方法を実行するためのプログラム、又は前記製造方法を実現するための製造設備。
