Abstract
本発明の課題は、角度付き連結具を改良することである。
【解決手段】
一方の部品3を他方の部品4に固定するために、互いに0°および180°とは異なる角度で配置された少なくとも2個の脚部1、2を備え、この場合少なくとも一方の脚部1に、防音材および/または防振材からなる少なくとも1個の中間層5が配置されている、角度付き連結具。

Claims (18)
- 一方の部品(3)を他方の部品(4)に固定するために、互いに0°および180°とは異なる角度で配置された少なくとも2個の脚部(1、2)を備えている、角度付き連結具において、少なくとも一方の脚部(1)に、防音材および/または防振材からなる少なくとも1個の中間層(5)が配置されていることを特徴とする角度付き連結具。
- 防音材および/または防振材が弾性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 脚部(1、2)が互いにほぼ直交するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 脚部(1)を部品(4)に固定する際に脚部(1)が中間層(5)と場合によって設けられる固定手段(6)だけを介在して、部品(4)に物理的に接触するように、中間層(5)が形成され、かつ脚部(1)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 固定手段(6)、好ましくはねじまたは釘を通すための固定穴(7)が、少なくとも一方の脚部(1、2)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 中間層(5)が少なくとも固定穴(7)の周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 中間層(5)が組立状態で部品(4)の方に向いた脚部(1)の側の全体に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 中間層(5)が紛失しないように脚部(1)に固定、好ましくは接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 脚部(1、2)が金属、好ましくは鋼によって製作されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 中間層(5)が少なくとも0.4cm、好ましくは少なくとも0.6cmの最小厚さ(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 中間層(5)とは反対の脚部(1)の側に、防音材および/または防振材からなる追加中間層(9)が配置され、その際脚部(1)を部品(4)に固定するための固定手段(6)が実質的に追加中間層(9)と中間層(5)だけを介して脚部(1)に連結されるように、追加中間層(9)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 脚部(1)とは反対の追加中間層(9)の側に、1個または複数の支持板(10)が配置され、この支持板によって固定手段(6)の支持頭(11)を支持することができることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 固定手段(6)、好ましくはねじまたは釘を通すための固定穴(7)が少なくとも一方の脚部(1、2)に設けられ、追加中間層(9)が少なくとも固定穴(7)の周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 追加中間層(9)が組立状態で部品(4)とは反対の脚部(1)の側の全体に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 防音材および/または防振材が弾性材料であることを特徴とする請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 中間層(5)および/または場合によって設けられる追加中間層(9)が0.025〜5N/mm2の静的弾性率を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 中間層(5)および/または場合によって設けられる追加中間層(9)がエラストマーを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
- 中間層(5)および/または場合によって設けられる追加中間層(9)が好ましくは発泡したポリウレタンエラストマーまたはゴムエラストマーまたは熱可塑性エラストマーを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の角度付き連結具。
