Claims (7)
- 周辺空気を冷却する冷却部(2)と、電子を放出する放電部(3)とを備えており、
放電部(3)から冷却部(2)で冷却された空気に向けて電子を放出してイオンを生成することを特徴とするイオン発生装置。 - イオンを送給対象へ向かって送給する送風装置(79)を備えており、
送風装置(79)で生起された風の送給領域内に、風上側から順に放電部(3)と冷却部(2)とが近接配置してある請求項1記載のイオン発生装置。 - 吸込口(72)と吹出口(74)とを備えた筒状の送風ケース(70)の内部に、送風装置(79)と、放電部(3)と、冷却部(2)とが配置されており、
送風ケース(70)の吹出口(74)の近傍に臨んで冷却部(2)が配置され、冷却部(2)の近傍風上側に放電部(3)が配置してある請求項1または2記載のイオン発生装置。 - 放電部(3)と冷却部(2)とがフレーム(11)に組み付けられて1個のユニットとしてまとめられており、
放電部(3)の放電空間(S)に冷却部(2)の吸熱部分が臨ませてある請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のイオン発生装置。 - 冷却部(2)が、熱電変換素子(30)と、熱電変換素子(30)の吸熱面の側に配置される伝導板(32)と、放熱面の側に配置される放熱用のヒートシンク(31)を含んで構成されており、
フレーム(11)に設けた第1装着部(12)に、冷却部2を構成する前記各部材(30・31・32)が弾性変形可能なシールゴム(38)を介して締結固定してある請求項4記載のイオン発生装置。 - 放電部(3)が、電極ホルダー(41)と、電極ホルダー(41)の筒壁(47)の筒中央に装着される針状の放電電極(42)と、筒壁(47)の周囲に配置される筒状の対向電極(43)とでユニット部品化されており、
前記電極ホルダー(41)が、フレーム(11)の第2装着部(13)に装着してある請求項4または5記載のイオン発生装置。 - 筒状に形成される対向電極(43)の放電縁に沿って一群の先鋭突起(44)が形成してある請求項6記載のイオン発生装置。
