为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种直发卷发器,其具有自动夹发的功能,使用方便。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种直发卷发器,包括两相互配合的夹持部及设置于夹持部一端的两个握持部:
每个夹持部均包括平面导热板、弧面导热板、弹性件、加热器、测温器和固定支架;所述平面导热包括底板和一对侧板;所述侧板朝斜上方向外延伸出连接部;所述弧面导热板的内侧设有供所述连接部卡接的一对卡条;
所述加热器和测温器均连接于平面导热板上;所述弹性件一端与所述弧形导热板连接,另一端用于与所述平面导热板联动,所述弹性件的伸缩方向与所述底板所在平面垂直;所述弧面导热板通过固定支架固定于握持部上,所述两个握持部远离夹持部的一端铰接在一起。

本方案中,弹性件14为第一弹性件141和/或第二弹性件142。第一弹性件141是由金属材料制成的,其包括一支撑板1411和支臂1412,支臂1412由支撑板1411的两侧朝斜上方向外延伸而形成,支撑板1411位于顶板112上,顶板112的两侧朝斜上方向内延伸出凸起部1122,支撑板1411的两侧边卡接于该凸起部1122,支臂1412抵接于弧面导热板15上。第二弹性件142是由硅胶制成的,其包括一基板,基板一侧的中部沿长度方向设有一凸条1422,另一侧设有一半圆形凸起1421,弧面导热板15上与所述凸条1422对应位置设有第一卡槽152,所述凸条1422与第一卡槽152可相互卡合;顶板112的中部开设有沿长度方向延伸的隔缝1121,所述半圆形凸起1421抵接于所述隔缝1121上。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,弹性件14亦可为其它弹性结构,例如,弹簧、弹性硅胶等。
弧面导热板15的一端通过固定支架16固定于握持部20上,该固定支架16插接于握持部20上;弧面导热板15的内侧设有第二卡槽153,上固定前盖171通过该第二卡槽153卡接于弧面导热板15上;上前盖172固定于平面导热板11上,且沿夹持部10的轴向,该上前盖172的截面为楔形,方便头发进入夹持部10中间。
固定支架16的两侧均设有向垂直于底板111的方向延伸的三角形挡块161,以及与该三角形挡块161形状相匹配的凹位162,该凹位162和三角形挡块161相互卡合,当两夹持部10闭合时,该三角形挡块161与凹位162呈相互绞合的状态,能有效防止卷发时头发进入两握持部20的中间。
两个握持部20铰接在一起,且两握持部20的连接处设有一弹簧22,所述弹簧22用于提供一个使两握持部20张开的力。锁止机构21设置于握持部20上,其包括滑动解锁键211和锁扣212;锁扣212设一握持部20上,握持部20上设有一孔位,所述滑动解锁键211穿接于该孔位中,锁止时定位两握持部20不可上下浮动。
本发明的直发卷发器,卷发时,合拢两夹持部,弹簧压缩,向前推动滑动解锁件,使其扣住锁扣,此时两夹持部闭合并处于锁住状态。然后将头发从上前盖推向平面加热板上,并由上前盖的弧面的引导下向两个相对的底板之间移动。在头发的推力作用下,弹性件受到压力而回缩,使两个平面导热板向靠近弧面导热板的方向浮动,为头发提供让位空间。同时在弹性件的反向力的作用下,两平面导热板相互夹持住使头发压贴。然后,慢慢将本发明的美发器向下拉动到某一个位置后以某一个角度转动美发器,使头发缠绕在半圆弧的弧面导热板与平面导热板上,并在加热器的作用下加热定形,定形后美发器拉出离开头发,完成卷曲头发。
直发时,向后推动滑动解锁件,打开锁扣,弹簧弹开,两夹持部张开并处于解锁的状态。此时,沿着上前盖前端的弧面插入头发,同 时慢慢合拢两夹持部,此时平面导热板受到头发的推力时,压缩弹性件,同时在弹性件的反向力的作用下,两平面导热板相互夹持住使头发压贴,头发在其之间加热从而达到拉直头发的目的,最后慢慢向下拉至头发末端并张开两夹持部,完成直发。
本发明的直发卷发器,在平面导热板和弧面导热板之间设置了弹性件,弹性件一端与所述弧形导热板连接,另一端用于与所述平面导热板联动,且弹性件的伸缩方向与所述底板所在平面垂直,使得平面导热板具有了弹性浮动的功能;在利用本发明的美发器进行卷发和直发时,两平面导热板会在弹性的作用下自动将头发压紧,从而实现了自动夹发的功能,方便使用;其次,两握持部的连接处设置了弹簧,在握持部上设置了锁止机构,使得两握持部在弹簧和锁止机构的作用下呈现出张开和闭合两种状态,在闭合状态下实现卷发器功能,在张开时实现直发器功能,方便客户使用;再次,平面导热板的两端设置了卷边,弧面导热板为弧形,有利于卷发时提高卷发效果;平面导热板和弧面导热板均为铝合金材质,有利于导热。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种直发卷发器,其特征在于,包括两相互配合的夹持部及设置于夹持部一端的两个握持部:
    每个夹持部均包括平面导热板、弧面导热板、弹性件、加热器、测温器和固定支架;所述平面导热包括底板和一对侧板,该侧板朝斜上方向外延伸出连接部;所述弧面导热板的内侧设有供所述连接部卡接的一对卡条;
    所述加热器和测温器均连接于平面导热板上;所述弹性件一端与所述弧形导热板连接,另一端用于与所述平面导热板联动,所述弹性件的伸缩方向与所述底板所在平面垂直;所述弧面导热板通过固定支架固定于握持部上,所述两个握持部远离夹持部的一端铰接在一起。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的直发卷发器,其特征在于,所述平面导热板还包括一连接于两侧板之间的顶板,所述底板、顶板及两侧板围设成一收容空间,所述加热器和测温器收容于该收容空间内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的直发卷发器,其特征在于,所述弹性件为第一弹性件和/或第二弹性件;所述第一弹性件是由金属材料制成的,该第一弹性件包括一支撑板和两个或者四个支臂,支臂由支撑板朝斜上方向外延伸而形成,支撑板位于所述顶板上,支臂抵接于弧面导热板上;所述第二弹性件是由硅胶制成的,该第二弹性件包括一基板,基板上侧的中部沿长度方向设有一凸条,下侧设有一半圆形凸起,弧面导热板上与所述凸条对应的位置设有第一卡槽,凸条与第一卡槽可相互卡合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的直发卷发器,其特征在于,顶板的两侧 朝斜上方向内延伸形成凸起部,支撑板的两侧边卡接于该凸起部处。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的直发卷发器,其特征在于,顶板的中部开设有沿长度方向延伸的隔缝,所述半圆形凸起抵接于所述隔缝上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的直发卷发器,其特征在于,所述两握持部的连接处设有一弹簧,所述弹簧用于提供一个使两握持部张开的力。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的直发卷发器,其特征在于,所述直发卷发器还包括设置于握持部上的锁止机构,用于锁定或解锁两个握持部。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的直发卷发器,其特征在于,所述锁止机构包括滑动解锁键和锁扣,所述锁扣设于握持部上,且握持部上设有一孔位,所述滑动解锁键穿接于该孔位中。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的直发卷发器,其特征在于,所述直发卷发器还包括上固定前盖和上前盖;所述弧面导热板的内侧设有第二卡槽,所述上固定前盖卡接于第二卡槽上;所述上前盖固定于平面导热板上,且沿夹持部的轴向,该上前盖的截面为楔形。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的直发卷发器,其特征在于,所述固定支架的两侧均设有向垂直于底板的方向延伸的三角形挡块和与该三角形挡块形状相匹配的凹位。
