Abstract
【解決手段】等速自在継手3は、第1外側トラック溝14aと第2外側トラック溝14bとを周方向に沿って交互に所定ピッチで配設される外側継手部材と、第1内側トラック溝16aと第2内側トラック溝16bとを周方向に沿って交互に所定ピッチで配設される内側継手部材と、第1外側トラック溝14aと第1内側トラック溝16aとで構成される第1ボールトラック内を転動する第1ボール7aと、第2外側トラック溝14bと第2内側トラック溝16bとで構成される第2ボールトラックを転動する第2ボール7bと、第1ボール7a及び第2ボール7bを保持するケージ8とを備える。トルク伝達ボール7を合計8個とする。第1ボールトラックと第2ボールトラックの各トラック溝14a、14b、16a、16bの曲率半径を、継手中心平面に対して軸方向に反対方向に等距離だけずらせる。

Description
ハブ輪1は、筒部20と、筒部20の反継手側の端部に設けられるフランジ21とを有する。筒部20の孔部22は、軸方向中間部の軸部嵌合孔22aと、反継手側のテーパ孔22bと、継手側の大径孔22cとを備える。すなわち、軸部嵌合孔22aにおいて、後述する凹凸嵌合構造M(非分離型の連結手段)を介して等速自在継手3の外輪5の軸部12とハブ輪1とが結合される。なお、軸部嵌合孔22aと大径孔22cとの間に、ハブ輪1の孔部22に圧入方向に沿って縮径するテーパ部22dを形成している。

Claims (6)
- ハブ輪と複列の転がり軸受と等速自在継手とがユニット化された車輪用軸受装置であって、
前記等速自在継手は、第1外側トラック溝と第2外側トラック溝とを周方向に沿って交互に所定ピッチで配設される外側継手部材と、第1内側トラック溝と第2内側トラック溝とを周方向に沿って交互に所定ピッチで配設される内側継手部材と、外側継手部材の第1外側トラック溝とこれに対応する内側継手部材の第1内側トラック溝とで構成される第1ボールトラック内を転動する第1ボールと、外側継手部材の第2外側トラック溝とこれに対応する内側継手部材の第2内側トラック溝とで構成される第2ボールトラックを転動する第2ボールと、外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間に介在されて前記第1ボール及び第2ボールを保持するケージとを備え、トルク伝達ボールを第1ボールの4個と第2ボールの4個の合計8個とし、かつ、第1ボールトラックと第2ボールトラックの各トラック溝の曲率半径を、継手中心平面に対して軸方向に反対方向に等距離だけずらせて、前記第1ボールトラックでは第1ボールを開口側へ押圧し、前記第2ボールトラックでは第2ボールを反開口側へ押圧するように構成したことを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置。 - ハブ輪と等速自在継手とを非分離型の連結手段にて連結したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記連結手段は、ハブ輪と等速自在継手とのいずれか一方の塑性変形による一体連結であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- ハブ輪と等速自在継手とを分離可能型の連結手段にて連結したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記連結手段が、ハブ輪と等速自在継手の外側継手部材とを分離可能に連結するねじ手段にて構成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 転がり軸受の一方の内側転道面をハブ輪の外径面に形成するとともに、転がり軸受の他方の内側転道面を等速自在継手の外側継手部材の外径面に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の車輪用軸受装置。
