Abstract
Description

供するように、変動器に結合された入力側及び変速機の出力に結合された出力側を備えた高レジメクラッチと、を有し、比制限装置は(a)(前進歯車方向において)その入力がその出力速度を越えるのを阻止するように低レジメクラッチと並列に接続された第1の一方向クラッチと、(b)(前進歯車方向において)その出力がその入力速度を越えるのを阻止するように高レジメクラッチと並列に接続された第2の一方向クラッチと、を有する。
1.伝動装置R1を介して変速機入力シャフト2に結合された遊星キャリヤCと;
2.トルク制限クラッチ14及び伝動装置R2を介して変動器出力シャフト12に結合できるサンギヤSと;
3.低レジメクラッチ18及び伝動装置R3、Raを介して変速機出力シャフト6に結合されるように装置された環状歯車即ちリングギヤAと;を有する。
1.低レジメクラッチ18に対して並列であり即ちこのクラッチを横切って接続され、クラッチの入力速度がその入力速度を越えるのを阻止するように装置された第1の一方向クラッチ22と;
2.高レジメクラッチ20に対して並列であり、クラッチの出力速度がその入力速度を越えるのを阻止するように装置された第2の一方向クラッチ24と;を有する。
Claims (5)
- 連続可変変速機であって、
回転変速機入力及び回転変速機出力と;
回転変動器入力及び可変変動器出力を有しその間において連続可変変動器比で駆動力を伝達するようにされた変動器と;
変速機入力と第1のシャフトとの間の第1の速度比が変動器比の関数となり、変動器比の増大につれて減少するように、変動器を介して変速機入力を第1のシャフトに結合する第1の駆動経路を形成する伝動装置と;
変速機入力と第2のシャフトとの間の第2の速度比が変動器比の関数となり、変動器比の増大につれて増大するように、変動器を介して変速機入力を第2のシャフトに結合する第2の駆動経路を形成する伝動装置と;を有し、
第1及び第2のシャフトの速度が等しくなるようなある変動器比(同期変動器比)が存在し、
変速機が更に、第1及び第2の変速機レジメを提供するように第1のシャフト又は第2のシャフトのいずれかを回転変速機出力に選択的に結合するためのセレクタ装置と;第1のシャフトの速度が第2のシャフトの速度を越えるのを阻止し、それによって変動器駆動比が同期比を越えるのを阻止する一方向クラッチ装置と;を有する連続可変変速機。 - 前記セレクタ装置が少なくとも1つのレジメクラッチを有し、一方向クラッチ装置がその入力及び出力の相対回転の逆転を阻止するようにレジメクラッチを横切って接続される少なくとも1つの一方向クラッチを有する請求項1の連続可変変速機。
- 前記セレクタ装置が第1のシャフトを変速機出力シャフトに選択的に結合するための第1のレジメクラッチと、第2のシャフトを変速機出力シャフトに選択的に結合するための第2のクラッチと、を有し、一方向クラッチ装置が第1のレジメクラッチを横切って接続された第1の一方向クラッチと、第2のレジメクラッチを横切って接続された第2の一方向クラッチと、を有する請求項1の連続可変変速機。
- 前記第1の駆動経路が遊星歯車を組み込んでいる請求項1乃至3のいずれかの連続可変変速機。
- 両方の駆動経路がトルク制限クラッチを組み込んでいる請求項1乃至4のいずれかの連続可変変速機。
