Description

Claims (7)
- プロトン交換膜を有するタイプの燃料電池の単極端板(4)であって、単極端板は遮蔽板(42)に固着される陰極又は陽極の単極ハーフプレート(41)によって構成され、単極ハーフプレートが、その中央部分に活性陰極又は陽極帯域(411)を含むと共に、その周辺部に、単極ハーフプレートが陰極である場合には少なくとも2つの酸化剤用ユニット(413)を、単極ハーフプレートが陽極である場合には燃料用ユニットを含み、各燃料又は酸化剤ユニットは、単極ハーフプレート側で単極プレートの外側に酸化剤又は燃料の循環を許容するために、活性帯域(411)の外側に開口する少なくとも1つのチャンネル(414)を含み、酸化剤ユニット又は燃料ユニットは、遮蔽板の中央部分に燃料又は酸化剤が接触できないように、遮蔽板の中央帯域に開口するいかなる開口部も含まないことを特徴とする単極端板。
- 少なくとも前記単極ハーフプレート(41)がその周辺部に少なくとも2つの熱交換流体ユニット(417)を含み、単極ハーフプレート(41)の中央部分(411)及び遮蔽板(42)の中央部分(421)が、共同して、接続チャンネルを介して熱交換流体ユニットに連通する熱交換流体の循環用空間を画定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の単極端板。
- 固着される単極ハーフプレートが陽極であるか又は陰極であるかに応じて、前記遮蔽板(42)の中央部分(421)がそれぞれ陰極又は陽極の単極ハーフプレートの中央部分と同一であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の単極端板。
- 前記遮蔽板が電流収集板であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の単極端板。
- 陰極端部組立部品と陽極端部組立部品の間に固着される電極/膜とバイポーラ・プレートとの交互スタックを含むタイプの燃料電池において、少なくとも1つの端部組立部品が請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の単極端板(4)と電流収集手段を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 前記電流収集手段が、単極端板の遮蔽板(42)と接触する電流収集板(2)であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の燃料電池。
- 前記端部組立部品が、単極端板(4)と電流収集手段(2)の間のシールを行う周辺間のシール(3)と、ターミナル板(1)とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の燃料電池。
