Abstract
【解決手段】圧電物質の平面体を形成し、該平面体の第一面に第二物質の領域を形成し、該平面体の第一面と反対側の第二面に、該第二物質の領域を露出するのに充分な深さの流路を形成し、該露出された領域内の第二物質の該層を通るノズルをノズルが該流路と連通するように形成する工程からなる液滴付与装置用部品の形成方法。
Description
もし形成されるなら、流路は、図2に示されるように、例えばディスペンサー又はドクターブレードによって、4で示されるようなSU8で満たされ、それから硬化される。
Claims (10)
- 圧電物質の平面体を形成し、該平面体の第一面に第二物質の領域を形成し、該平面体の第一面と反対側の第二面に、該第二物質の領域を露出するのに充分な深さの流路を形成し、該露出された領域内の第二物質の該層を通るノズルをノズルが該流路と連通するように形成する工程からなる液滴付与装置用部品の形成方法。
- 該第二物質がポリマーである請求項1記載の方法。
- 第二物質の該領域が液状形態の第二物質を付着させることによって形成される請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 該第二物質がフォトレジストである請求項2又は請求項3記載の方法。
- 第二物質の該領域が該平面体の第一面の窪み内に少なくとも部分的に形成される請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 該窪みが溝方向に走る溝の形態である請求項5記載の方法。
- 該流路が該溝方向に垂直な流路方向に伸びている請求項6記載の方法。
- 該ノズルがレーザー切削によって形成されている請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第一の面上に溝を形成した圧電物質の平面体をもち、溝はポリマー状物質を含み、その平面体は第一面と反対側の第二面に形成された複数の流路をもち、それぞれの流路は該ポリマー状物質の領域を露出しており、そしてノズルは該ポリマー状物質を通って伸びており該流路と連通していることを特徴とする液滴付与装置。
- 該複数の流路が該溝方向に垂直な流路方向に伸びている請求項9記載の装置。
