Claims (6)
- 切歯(S)を有する被加工材,例えばプレート状又は円筒状の被加工材を加工し,かつ計測するための装置(10)であって,
ベース部(12)と,
ベース部(12)に対して移動可能な加工・計測手段(14)と,
ベース部(12)に対して移動可能な被加工材位置決め手段(16)とを具え,
加工・計測手段(14)が旋回ヘッド(26)を有し,該旋回ヘッド(26)は旋回軸線(E1)を中心として旋回し得るようベース部(12)に対して移動可能であり,該旋回ヘッド(26)上に加工工具(28)及び計測プローブ(30)が設けられている加工・計測装置において,
加工工具(28)を旋回ヘッド(26)の一側から突出させ,計測プローブ(30)を前記旋回軸線(E1)に関して旋回ヘッド(26)の反対側から突出させたことを特徴とする加工・計測装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置(10)であって,加工・計測手段(14)を旋回ヘッド(26)に対し,駆動軸線(L1)を中心として回転駆動可能に取り付けたことを特徴とする加工・計測装置。
- 請求項2記載の装置(10)であって,前記駆動軸線(L1)を前記旋回軸線(E1)に対して直交させたことを特徴とする加工・計測装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の装置(19)であって,前記加工工具を浸蝕電極(28)で構成したことを特徴とする加工・計測装置。
- 請求項2又は3記載の装置であって,前記加工工具を研削ディスクで構成したことを特徴とする加工・計測装置。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置であって,前記計測プローブ(10)をアングル形状とし,その先端部を旋回ヘッド(26)から突出させたことを特徴とする加工・計測装置。
