Claims (6)

  1. 一般式:
    h’(O−Rfm
    (式中、
    m=3〜4、
    fは独立してパーフルオロ脂肪族基であり、
    h’は独立して、3個〜8個の炭素原子を有する線状または分枝炭化水素である)
    によって表される化合物。
  2. a)fが独立して少なくとも2個の炭素原子を含む、又は、b)R f が独立してC x 2x+1 (式中、xは2〜8である)である、の少なくともいずれかである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
  3. 前記化合物の粘度が、−50℃において100センチストークス(100×10-62/s)未満である、請求項1に記載の化合物。
  4. (a)デバイスと、
    (b)前記デバイスへまたは前記デバイスから伝熱を行う機構であって、伝熱流体を使用することを含む機構と、
    を具備する、伝熱を必要とする装置であって、
    前記伝熱流体が請求項1に記載の化合物である、装置。
  5. 前記デバイスが、マイクロプロセッサー、半導体デバイス製造用のウェーハ、電源制御半導体、配電開閉装置、電源変圧器、回路基板、マルチチップモジュール、パッケージ半導体デバイス、パッケージされていない半導体デバイス、化学反応器、原子炉、燃料電池、レーザー、およびミサイル部品よりなる群から選択される、請求項に記載の装置。
  6. 伝熱の方法であって、
    (a)デバイスを用意するステップと、
    (b)伝熱流体を用いて前記デバイスへまたは前記デバイスから伝熱を行うステップと、
    を含み、前記伝熱流体が請求項1に記載の化合物である、伝熱の方法。
