Description

(iii)装飾的な市場から、または別の大きな工業的用途分野からの商業的圧力のもとであるべきではない。

Claims (18)
- 支持体の中にまたはその表面に証印または他の可視的特徴を持つ前記支持体と;前記支持体表面の少なくとも一部の上に、硬化した透明バインダー中に顔料フレークを含むコーティング層とを含む有価証券、権利書、身分証明書、セキュリティラベルまたはブランド品の書類のためのセキュリティエレメントであって、ここで前記コーティング層の中の前記顔料フレークは、可視スペクトルの少なくとも一部を吸収し、少なく一つの特定の観察方向に沿って下の証印または他の可視的特徴に対して可視性を与え、且つ少なくとももう一つの観察方向に沿って下の証印または他の可視的特徴に対して可視性を妨害するように、局所的に配向されており、前記硬化した、透明バインダーの中の顔料フレークの配向は、それ自体は、前記支持体の中若しくはその表面に存在する前記証印も他の可視的特徴も含んだり反射したりしない、前記セキュリティエレメント。
- 前記支持体が、印刷、コーティングまたはレーザーで印をつけた証印を保持する透明支持体と、印刷、コーティングまたはレーザーで印を付けた証印を保持する不透明支持体とからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記コーティング層及び/または前記支持体が、可視発光性物質、赤外線発光性物質、赤外線吸収物質及び磁気物質の群から選択されるマーカー物質を含む、請求項1〜2の一つに記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記支持体が、光学干渉デバイスを保持する、請求項1〜3の一つに記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記顔料フレークが、非金属無機フレーク、金属無機フレーク、及び有機フレークからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜4の一つに記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記顔料フレークが、薄層干渉顔料及び液晶ポリマー顔料からなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載のセキュリティエレメント。
