Abstract
MONTAGENS MAGNÉTICAS E MÉTODOS PARA PRODUZIR CAMADAS DE EFEITO ÓPTICO QUE COMPREENDEM PARTÍCULAS DE PIGMENTO MAGNÉTICAS OU MAGNETIZÁVEIS EM FORMATO DE PLAQUETA ORIENTADAS. A invenção se refere ao campo da proteção de documentos de segurança como, por exemplo, cédulas bancárias e documentos de identidade contra falsificação e reprodução ilegal. Em particular, a presente invenção fornece montagens magnéticas e métodos para produzir camadas de efeito óptico (OELs) em um substrato, em que o dito método compreende uma etapa de expor uma composição de revestimento que compreende partículas de pigmento magnéticas ou magnetizáveis em formato de plaqueta ao campo magnético da montagem magnética, de modo a orientar biaxialmente pelo menos uma parte das partículas de pigmento magnéticas ou magnetizáveis em formato de plaqueta.
