Abstract
本发明提供了一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:1)准备软性磁性橡胶卷材;2)裁剪成为所需的大小;3)将软性磁性橡胶卷材环绕包裹在涂装机组的转向辊上面;4)先用彩色涂料涂布并烘干作为底漆;5)将含有彩色磁性粉的透明涂料通过涂布机涂布到彩色底漆上面;6)辊涂生产线在运行过程中,涂有彩色磁性粉涂料的铝卷从涂装机头出来,经过转向辊时形成不同形状的立体花纹;7)烘干。本发明在转向辊筒上设置软性磁性橡胶卷材,辊涂生产线在运行过程中,涂有彩色磁性粉涂料的铝卷从涂装机头出来,经过转向辊时,磁性粉受到包裹在转向辊上面的磁性橡胶的磁力影响,磁性粉在没有烤干的涂料中迅速运动,形成立体花纹。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于酒盖包装用材料技术领域,具体地说涉及一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺。
背景技术
铝质酒盖的传统工艺是通过PS版在片涂机组上面,使用油墨印刷图案,通过防伪油墨在铝板上面印刷,防伪的能力较差,能买到相同或者类似油墨就可以仿制出来。酒厂对防伪的要求一直没有得到很好解决,只能依靠油墨厂独家供应特种防伪油墨来防伪,在生产工艺上没有防伪手段。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题而提供了一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)准备软性磁性橡胶卷材;
2)按所需尺寸将软性磁性橡胶卷材裁剪成为所需的大小;
3)将软性磁性橡胶卷材环绕包裹在涂装机组的转向辊上面;
4)把生产酒盖所需铝卷在涂装线上其中一台涂装机头,先用彩色涂料涂布并烘干作为底漆,用来作为立体花纹的底色;
5)同时在第二台涂装机头,将含有彩色磁性粉的透明涂料通过涂布机涂布到彩色底漆上面;
6)辊涂生产线在运行过程中,涂有彩色磁性粉涂料的铝卷从涂装机头出来,经过转向辊时,磁性粉受到包裹在转向辊上面的磁性橡胶的磁力影响,磁性粉在没有烤干的涂料中迅速运动,根据转向辊上磁性橡胶内磁力线的分布形状,从而形成不同形状的立体花纹;
7)经过转向辊后的铝卷已经形成了立体花纹,然后随着涂装线的继续运行,0.5秒后迅速进入230℃的烘箱中,涂料里面的稀释剂迅速被蒸发,铝卷上面的立体花纹被固定下来;
优选的,所述步骤5中彩色磁性粉的涂料包含以下重量比的成分:聚酯树脂 60~65%,苯代树脂15~20%,彩色磁性粉3~8%,氨基树脂3~8%,异氰酸酯1~5%,醋酸丁酯4~8%,消泡剂 0.3~0.7%,流平剂 0.3~0.7%;
优选的,所述步骤5中彩色磁性粉的涂料包含以下重量比的成分:聚酯树脂 62%,苯代树脂 18%,彩色磁性粉 5%,氨基树脂 5%,异氰酸酯 3%,醋酸丁酯 6%,消泡剂 0.5%,流平剂 0.5%。
优选的,所述步骤5中彩色磁性粉涂料的涂装湿膜厚度为60μm;
优选的,所述步骤6中涂装线运行速度为35米/分钟;
优选的,所述步骤1中软性磁性橡胶的厚度为1mm,宽度为1.2~1.5m。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用辊涂方式生产酒盖铝板,突破了传统片涂工艺的方式,克服了片涂只能一次涂印一层油墨,且无法印刷很厚的缺陷,辊涂工艺可以一次印刷两到三层不同类型的涂料,且涂装膜厚可以做到很厚,本发明在采用辊涂方式生产时,在转向辊筒上设置软性磁性橡胶卷材,辊涂生产线在运行过程中,涂有彩色磁性粉涂料的铝卷从涂装机头出来,经过转向辊时,磁性粉受到包裹在转向辊上面的磁性橡胶的磁力影响,磁性粉在没有烤干的涂料中迅速运动,形成立体花纹,铝板直接具有防伪效果,用辊涂工艺生产出来的防伪铝板,片涂机组无法生产。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合附图1-2对本发明做进一步描述:一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)准备软性磁性橡胶卷材,磁性橡胶厚度为1mm,宽度为1.2-1.5m,其中磁力线的分布为平行线状,磁力线的分布可为多种形式,平行线、菱形等等,不做局限;
2)按照涂装机组的转向辊所需尺寸将软性磁性橡胶卷材裁剪成为所需的大小;
3)将软性磁性橡胶卷材环绕包裹在涂装机组的转向辊上面;
4)把生产酒盖所需铝卷在涂装线上其中一台涂装机头,先用彩色涂料涂布并烘干作为底漆,用来作为立体花纹的底色,其铝卷可选用8011H16\5052H16\3014H24铝板中的一种;
5)同时在第二台涂装机头,将含有彩色磁性粉的透明涂料通过涂布机涂布到彩色底漆上面,涂装湿膜厚度为60μm,从而达到磁性粉可以在涂料里面移动的目的;
6)辊涂生产线在运行过程中,涂有彩色磁性粉涂料的铝卷从涂装机头出来,经过转向辊时,磁性粉受到包裹在转向辊上面的磁性橡胶的磁力影响,磁性粉在没有烤干的涂料中迅速运动,根据转向辊上磁性橡胶内磁力线的分布形状,从而形成不同形状的立体花纹,涂装线运行速度为35米/分钟;
7)经过转向辊后的铝卷已经形成了立体花纹,然后随着涂装线的继续运行,0.5秒后迅速进入烘箱中,烘箱温度230℃,烘烤过程中涂料里面的稀释剂迅速被蒸发,铝卷上面的立体花纹被固定下来。
其中,彩色磁性粉的透明涂料包括以下成分:聚酯树脂62%,
苯代树脂18%,彩色磁性粉5%,氨基树脂5%,异氰酸酯3%,醋酸丁酯6%,消泡剂0.5%,流平剂0.5%。
本发明在采用辊涂方式生产时,在转向辊筒上设置软性磁性橡胶卷材,辊涂生产线在运行过程中,涂有彩色磁性粉涂料的铝卷从涂装机头出来,经过转向辊时,磁性粉受到包裹在转向辊上面的磁性橡胶的磁力影响,磁性粉在没有烤干的涂料中迅速运动,形成立体花纹,铝板直接具有防伪效果,用辊涂工艺生产出来的防伪铝板,片涂机组无法生产。
Claims (6)
1.一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
1)准备软性磁性橡胶卷材;
2)按所需尺寸将软性磁性橡胶卷材裁剪成为所需的大小;
3)将软性磁性橡胶卷材环绕包裹在涂装机组的转向辊上面;
4)把生产酒盖所需铝卷在涂装线上其中一台涂装机头,先用彩色涂料涂布并烘干作为底漆,用来作为立体花纹的底色;
5)同时在第二台涂装机头,将含有彩色磁性粉的透明涂料通过涂布机涂布到彩色底漆上面;
6)辊涂生产线在运行过程中,涂有彩色磁性粉涂料的铝卷从涂装机头出来,经过转向辊时,磁性粉受到包裹在转向辊上面的磁性橡胶的磁力影响,磁性粉在没有烤干的涂料中迅速运动,根据转向辊上磁性橡胶内磁力线的分布形状,从而形成不同形状的立体花纹;
7)经过转向辊后的铝卷已经形成了立体花纹,然后随着涂装线的继续运行,0.5秒后迅速进入230℃的烘箱中,涂料里面的稀释剂迅速被蒸发,铝卷上面的立体花纹被固定下来。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺,其特征在于所述步骤5中彩色磁性粉的涂料包含以下重量比的成分:聚酯树脂 60~65%,苯代树脂15~20%,彩色磁性粉3~8%,氨基树脂3~8%,异氰酸酯1~5%,醋酸丁酯4~8%,消泡剂 0.3~0.7%,流平剂 0.3~0.7%。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺,其特征在于所述步骤5中彩色磁性粉的涂料包含以下重量比的成分:聚酯树脂 62%,苯代树脂 18%,彩色磁性粉 5%,氨基树脂 5%,异氰酸酯 3%,醋酸丁酯 6%,消泡剂 0.5%,流平剂 0.5%。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺,其特征在于所述步骤5中彩色磁性粉涂料的涂装湿膜厚度为60μm。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺,其特征在于所述步骤6中涂装线运行速度为35米/分钟。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的一种立体花纹防伪酒盖用铝板的生产工艺,其特征在于所述步骤1中软性磁性橡胶的厚度为1mm,宽度为1.2~1.5m。
