Abstract
Description
1つ目は、上記の先行技術が開示する器具の多くは人間工学的に不向きなグリップであるという設計そのものに関することである。というのは器具のアクティブ位置が手の柔軟性がある位置ではなく、また器具を操作するのに指を移動させる必要がある。また器具の主操作を行う指が人差し指以外の指になってしまう。その結果外科医の手に制御されないちょっとした動きが起こりやすくなる。しかしこの小さな動きは器具のエフェクターが位置する末端部の比較的大きな不要な動作に繋がる。この好ましくない設計の結果、とりわけ前述の不要な動作に対処するために、外科手術医がいわゆる開腹手術に比べて同じ手順を腹腔鏡手術で行うと最大10倍ものエネルギーが必要になる。
Claims (10)
- 管状部材(7)の1端に配置されるエフェクター(9)をリンケージ(5)を介して操作するように配置されるアクチュエーター(3)を備えたグリップ(2)を含み、前記管状部材(7)の他端は前記グリップ(2)中に延びてリンケージ(5)の一部に連結し、リンケージ(5)は鉤ツメ(24)と噛み合うように配置されるラチェットバー(22)を備え、前記鉤ツメ(24)の傾斜歯は連結スイッチ(26)によって前記ラチェットバー(22)の傾斜歯に係合するようにアクティブ化又は非アクティブ化される腹腔鏡器具(1)であって、前記連結スイッチ(26)はフレキシブル部材(28)を介して鉤ツメ(24)に連結し、前記フレキシブル部材(28)は前記連結スイッチ(26)が第1の位置にあるときは鉤ツメ(24)がラチェットバー(22)に係合し、前記連結スイッチ(26)が第2の位置にあるときは鉤ツメ(24)に対して予め張力をかけるように構成されて、フレキシブル部材(28)の張力が少なくとも前記鉤ツメ(24)とラチェットバー(22)との傾斜歯間の摩擦力と反対の合力を超えたときにのみ鉤ツメ(24)がラチェットバー(22)から外れるように構成され、連結スイッチ(26)が前記第1の位置から第2の位置へ移動してからでも係合状態が持続することを特徴とする腹腔鏡器具(1)。
- 前記連結スイッチ(26)に鉤ツメ(24)を連結する前記フレキシブル部材(28)は曲線部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の腹腔鏡器具。
- 前記フレキシブル部材(28)の付勢力は前記ラチェットバー(22)と前記鉤ツメ(24)間の接合面にほぼ垂直に負荷されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の腹腔鏡器具。
- 前記リンケージ(5)はアクチュエーター(3)とエフェクター(9)間の非線形伝達を可能にするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の腹腔鏡器具。
- 前記連結スイッチ(26)とアクチュエーター(3)は独立して操作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の腹腔鏡器具。
- 前記連結スイッチ(26)及びアクチュエーター(3)は人間工学的に考えて器具における指の位置に配置されて、使用者が器具(1)の他の位置に指を移動させずに操作可能に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腹腔鏡器具。
- 外力を加える付勢装置(35)を備えて、該付勢装置はアクチュエーター(3)にかかる外力が付勢装置(35)からの力よりも小さいときは、連結スイッチ(26)が非アクティブ位置で前記フレキシブル部材(28)が鉤ツメ(24)を引っ張りラチェットバー(22)との係合を外すようにアクチュエーター(3)に内側の負荷がかかった後に、アクチュエーター(3)を初期位置に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の腹腔鏡器具。
- 前記付勢装置(35)はスプリング(35)で構成され、リンケージ(5)の一部とグリップ(2)の一部の間に取り付けられて配置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の腹腔鏡器具。
- 前記グリップ(2)は少なくとも1の調節可能部(6)を備え、様々な使用者のサイズに調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の腹腔鏡器具。
- 前記少なくとも1の調節可能部は前記グリップ(2)の後部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の腹腔鏡器具。
