Claims (12)
- 繊維束に反応樹脂を含浸させ、繊維束を巻成心棒に巻き付けるかまたは既製された繊維チューブに反応樹脂を含浸させることによって、通路および管路を内側ライニングするための樹脂含浸させられた繊維チューブを製作するための方法において、
反応樹脂が、含浸の間、200〜20000mPasの粘度を有しており、含浸後、反応樹脂の粘度が、50000〜2000000mPasとなるように、反応樹脂を増粘することを特徴とする、通路および管路を内側ライニングするための樹脂含浸させられた繊維チューブを製作するための方法。 - 含浸のために、繊維束もしくは繊維チューブ(「繊維形成物」)を、樹脂を備えた浴に引き通すかまたは樹脂を繊維形成物にドクタ塗布するかまたは吹付け塗布する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 繊維形成物が、織物、敷物、マット、ニードルパンチフリース、フェルト、これらの組合せ、ガラス繊維または合成繊維から成っている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 樹脂が、スチロールおよび/またはアクリルエステルに不飽和ポリエステルまたはビニルエステルを溶かした溶液である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 繊維形成物が、ガラス繊維から成っており、樹脂が、増粘剤としてマグネシウムまたはカルシウムの酸化物または水酸化物を含有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 樹脂が、粉末状の固形物質の形のまたは液状の担持材料中に分散されたペーストの形の0.2〜5質量%の増粘剤を含有している、請求項5記載の方法。
- 増粘を、室温での含浸させられた繊維チューブの数日の貯蔵または数時間の加熱によって行う、請求項5記載の方法。
- まず、液状の樹脂にチキソトロピ剤を添加し、この場合、1000〜10000mPasの有利な含浸粘度を生ぜしめ、含浸後、増粘剤の作用によって、有利には100000〜1000000mPasの最終粘度に増粘する、請求項5記載の方法。
- 繊維形成物が、ポリエステル繊維から成るフェルトであり、樹脂が、増粘のために、チキソトロピ剤を含有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- チキソトロピ剤が、ヒュームドシリカである、請求項8または9記載の方法。
- 反応樹脂が、光硬化性の樹脂であり、光開始剤を含有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 反応樹脂が、ラジカル硬化可能な樹脂であり、過酸化物開始剤を含有している、請求項1記載の方法。
