Description
ガラス繊維48質量%及び液体樹脂48質量%から成る1kgの繊維テープを、5ないし40℃にて0.5ないし10分間含浸した。液体樹脂及びガラス繊維に加え、当該混合物はさらに、100質量%に基づき、増粘剤として酸化マグネシウム2質量%(レマン&フォス社からのルバトールEK30nV)及び尿素化合物2質量%(BYK−ケミエ社からのBYK−LP21400)を含有しており、後者は、化学添加剤として言及される。増粘剤及び尿素化合物は、5ないし40℃にて完全に3ないし6時間、繊維テープに対し作用し続けた。その後、繊維テープを15mmの壁厚を有する繊維管が形成されるまで、マンドレルに重ねて巻き付けた。その後、UV光(波長300ないし500nm)を使用して、繊維管をその内部から硬化させた。
尿素化合物を同量のシリカ(ワッカー−ケミエ社(Wacker−Chemie)からのワッカーHDK(WACKER HDK))に替えた他は、発明例1を繰り返した。発明例1と同様の条件下で、含浸した繊維テープを硬化させた。
Claims (12)
- 導管及び配管ライン内張り用の樹脂で飽和された繊維管であって、繊維材に加えて、前記繊維材を含浸するための少なくとも1種の硬化性ポリマー液体樹脂及びまた尿素又は化学的に変性された尿素をベースとした少なくとも1種の化学添加剤を含有してなり、前記化学添加剤はチキソトロープ剤として作用し、且つ、前記繊維管の内側にポリエチレン又はポリプロピレンフィルムを有してなる、繊維管。
- 前記液体樹脂の増粘剤をさらに含有する、請求項1に記載の樹脂で飽和された繊維管。
- 前記液体樹脂の増粘剤は、アルカリ土類金属の、特にマグネシウム又はカルシウムの酸化物又は水酸化物である、請求項2に記載の樹脂で飽和された繊維管。
- 少なくとも1種のポリマー液体樹脂を40ないし50質量%、同一の又は異なった種類の繊維材を40ないし50質量%、増粘剤を0ないし5質量%、及び尿素又は化学的に変性された尿素をベースとした少なくとも1種の化学添加剤を0.1ないし5質量%含有する、請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項に記載の樹脂で飽和された繊維管。
- 少なくとも1種のポリマー液体樹脂を42ないし49質量%、特に45ないし48質量%、同一の又は異なった種類の繊維材を42ないし49質量%、特に45ないし48質量%、増粘剤を0.5ないし4質量%、特に1ないし2.5質量%、及び尿素又は化学的に変性された尿素をベースとした少なくとも1種の化学添加剤を0.5ないし5質量%、特に0.7ないし4.5質量%含有する、請求項4に記載の樹脂で飽和された繊維管。
- スチレン、ポリアクリレート又はポリメタクリレート中の、ポリエステルの又はビニルエステルの溶液を、ポリマー液体樹脂として使用する、請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項に記載の樹脂で飽和された繊維管。
- 前記同一の又は異なった種類の繊維材をガラス繊維として使用する、請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項に記載の樹脂で飽和された繊維管。
- 前記同一の又は異なった種類の繊維材を、積層した織物及び/又は織物及び/又は不織布の形態で使用する、請求項1ないし7のうちいずれか1項に記載の樹脂で飽和された繊維管。
- 前記使用される尿素をベースとした化学添加剤は、N−メチルピロリドン又はジメチルスルホキシド又はN−エチルピロリドン中に溶解されたポリウレタンの変性された尿素である、請求項1ないし8のうちいずれか1項に記載の樹脂で飽和された繊維管。
- 請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項に記載の樹脂で飽和された繊維管の製造方法であって、できるだけ多くの繊維が液体樹脂によって湿らされるように、繊維材を、5℃ないし40℃の温度にて、特に15℃ないし30℃の温度にて前記液体樹脂と混合する前記方法であって、
前記液体樹脂を用いた前記繊維材の湿潤前に、尿素又は化学的に変性された尿素をベースとした化学添加剤を、好ましくは15℃ないし30℃の温度にて、前記液体樹脂に添加することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記繊維材、液体樹脂及び化学添加剤の混合物を、好ましくは粉末固体の形態にあるか、又は液体賦形剤中に分散されたペーストの形態にある増粘剤と共にさらに付加的に混合することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記液体樹脂は光開始剤をさらに含有し、且つ、前記繊維材を湿らせた後に、前記樹脂で飽和された繊維管を紫外線によって硬化することを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
