Claims (51)
- 半径方向内側部分および半径方向外側部分を備える細長の中空構造体であって、前記2つの部分が一緒に合わさって一体化された管状壁構造体をもたらすようになっている、細長の中空構造体を建造する方法であって、
前記半径方向内側部分を準備することと、前記半径方向内側部分の周りに前記半径方向外側部分を組み立てることと、前記内側部分を拡張することと、を含み、
前記外側部分は、柔軟な外側ケーシングによって取り囲まれた繊維補強複合構造を有する外側チューブを備えている、方法。 - 繊維補強複合構造を有する前記外側チューブは、補強材およびバインダーを含むようになっている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補強材は、補強布の1つまたは複数の層を備えている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記または各層は、前記半径方向内側部分の周りに配置された管状層として構成されている、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 複数の管状層が、前記内側チューブの周りに互いに重なって配置されている、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記内側部分は、内側ライナーを備える内側チューブを備えており、前記内側ライナーの片面に繊維層が接合されており、前記補強布に含浸する前記バインダーが、前記繊維層にも含浸し、前記外側部分を前記内側部分と一体化させるようになっている、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟な外側ケーシングは、前記補強材の半径方向拡張に対抗するように機能し、これによって、前記補強材が半径方向圧縮を受けるようになっている、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記補強材は、前記拡張する内側部分と前記柔軟な外側ケーシングとの間の空間内に閉じ込められており、前記半径方向に拡張する内側部分は、前記柔軟な外側ケーシングと関連して作用し、前記空間の容積を徐々に減少させ、これによって、前記補強材内の前記バインダーを前記補強材に十分に含浸させるようになっている、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記補強材は、前記拡張する内側部分と前記柔軟な外側ケーシングとの間の空間内に閉じ込められており、前記半径方向に拡張する内側部分は、前記柔軟な外側ケーシングと連動しなら、前記空間の容積を徐々に減少させ、これによって、前記空間内から空気を排除させるようになっている、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記補強材は、前記拡張する内側部分と前記柔軟な外側ケーシングとの間の空間内に閉じ込められており、前記半径方向に拡張する内側部分は、前記柔軟な外側ケーシングと連動しながら、前記空間の容積を徐々に減少させ、これによって、前記補強材内の前記バインダーを前記補強材に十分に含浸させる共に、前記空間内からの空気を排除させるようになっている、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記外側ケーシングおよび前記種々の補強布管状層は、前記空気の排除を容易にするように構成されている、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟な外側ケーシングは、前記補強布管状層の半径方向拡張に対して従順に対抗するために、いくらかの弾性を有している、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟な外側ケーシングは、前記内側チューブよりも弾性が小さくなっている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟な外側ケーシングは、前記バインダーが前記補強材を徐々に湿潤させる速度の制御を高めることを目的として、伸縮弾性を有している、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記補強布は、4軸繊維配向を特徴とする補強繊維を含む補強布を含んでいる、請求項3〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 半径方向内側部分および半径方向外側部分を備える細長の中空構造体であって、前記2つの部分が一緒に合わさって一体化された管状壁構造体をもたらすようになっている、細長の中空構造体を建造する方法であって、
繊維層が片面に接合された内側ライナーを備える内側チューブを備える前記半径方向内側部分を準備することと、前記半径方向内側部分の周りに前記半径方向外側部分を組み立てることと、前記内側部分を拡張させることと、を含み、
前記外側部分は、柔軟な外側ケーシングによって取り囲まれた繊維補強複合構造を有する外側チューブを備えており、
前記内側部分は、繊維層が片面に接合された内側ライナーを備える内側チューブを備えており、
前記外側チューブに含浸する樹脂バインダーは、前記繊維層にも含浸し、前記外側部分を前記内側部分と一体化させるようになっている、方法。 - 細長の中空構造体を建造する方法であって、柔軟な管状壁構造体を中心部分の周りに形成することと、前記管状壁構造体に所定の断面輪郭をもたらすために、前記中心部分を拡張させることと、前記管状壁構造体を固化、硬化、または凝固させることと、を含む、方法。
- 前記中心部分は、前記壁構造体の一部を備えている、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟な壁構造体は、繊維補強プラスチック複合材を備えている、請求項17または18に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟な壁構造体は、樹脂バインダーのような硬化可能なプラスチックをさらに含むようになっている、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維補強プラスチック複合材は、補強繊維を含む布として構成された補強材を含んでいる、請求項19または20に記載の方法。
- 前記補強布は、4軸繊維配向を有している、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟な管状壁構造体は、前記繊維補強プラスチック複合材を取り囲む柔軟な外側ケーシングをさらに備えている、請求項17〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記拡張可能な中心部分は、内側チューブを備えており、前記内側チューブは、前記柔軟な管状壁構造体の固化、硬化、または凝固の前に前記柔軟な管状壁構造体を拡張させる膨張性袋をもたらすようになっている、請求項3〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記内側チューブは、前記管状壁構造体と一体化され、前記管状壁構造体の一部をなすようになっている、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 細長の中空構造体を建造する方法であって、内部を有する柔軟な管状壁構造体を形成することと、前記柔軟な管状壁構造体の前記内部を膨張させ、前記柔軟な管状壁構造体に形態および形状をもたらすことと、前記柔軟な壁構造体を固化、硬化、または凝固させ、前記管状要素をもたらすことと、を含む、方法。
- 前記柔軟な壁構造体は、前記管状要素をもたらすように硬化可能な繊維補強プラスチック複合材を備えている、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟な壁構造体は、前記繊維補強プラスチック複合材を取り囲む柔軟な外側ケーシングをさらに備えている、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維補強プラスチック複合材は、剛性な状態に硬化するようになっている、請求項27または28に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維補強プラスチック複合材は、柔軟な状態に硬化するようになっている、請求項27または28に記載の方法。
- 前記管状壁構造体は、流体不浸透性の内面を有するライナーを備えている、請求項26〜30のいずれか1項に記載の方法。

- 前記パイプは、連続的に建造され、前記柔軟な壁構造体の硬化の前に、徐々に適所に設置されるようになっており、前記柔軟な壁構造体は、いったん前記パイプの設置位置に達したなら、硬化されるようになっている、請求項32に記載の方法。
- パイプを連続的に建造する方法であって、繊維補強プラスチック複合材を備える柔軟な管状壁構造体を形成することと、前記柔軟な管状壁構造体の内部を膨張させ、前記柔軟な管状壁構造体に形態および形状をもたらすことと、前記柔軟な壁構造体を硬化させ、前記パイプをもたらすことと、を含む、方法。
- 柔軟な状態にあるパイプを建造する方法であって、前記パイプを設置箇所に据え付けることと、前記柔軟なパイプが前記設置箇所において剛性な状態に変換することを可能にすることと、を含む、方法。
- 前記パイプは、移動据付プラント内において組み立てられるようになっており、前記移動据付プラントは、前記設置箇所に対して移動可能であり、前記柔軟な状態にある前記パイプを据え付けるようになっている、請求項35に記載の方法。
