Claims (13)
- 2つ以上のバンド用の複数の受信パスと、前記バンドのうち少なくとも1つのバンド用の送信パスと、前記受信パスと前記送信パスとを結合してアンテナに結合させるための結合回路(100)と、前記バンド毎に、それぞれの前記受信パス内の前記結合回路の前方にあり、当該バンドの信号を通過させ、かつ他の前記バンドの信号にとって開放回路に見えるように構成された受信パス回路(110, 150, 160)とを具えていることを特徴とするマルチバンドRF回路。
- 前記結合回路が、前記バンドのうち2つ以上のバンドのパスを一緒に結合するための固定の双方向1入力多出力接合部(190, 200, 210)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記受信パス回路が、バンドフィルタ(160)、及び前記バンドフィルタの帯域外インピーダンスを補完して開放回路を達成するためのコンプリメンタリ回路(150)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回路。
- 前記結合回路が、異なるバンドのパスを結合するための伝送線路接合部を具えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回路。
- 前記バンド毎に、前記送信パスと前記受信パスとを結合するためのスイッチを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の回路。
- 請求項3に従属する際に、前記コンプリメンタリ回路の各々が、帯域内信号に対する特性インピーダンスを維持し、かつ帯域外信号にとって開放回路となることに寄与するための受動構成要素で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の回路。
- 前記バンドフィルタが音響波フィルタで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の回路。
- 2つのバンド用の複数のパスを有し、かつ2つの受信パスを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の回路。
- 第3バンド用のパスを有し、送信パスを他の前記バンドと共用し、かつ独立した受信パス(220, 230)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の回路。
- 前記第3バンドの受信パスを、前記結合回路の前方で他の前記バンドと結合するための第2伝送線路接合部を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の回路。
- 単一入力のアンテナ整合回路及びアンテナに結合された、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のマルチバンドRF回路を有する装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置を有するバッテリ給電のモバイル機器(300)。
- 請求項11に記載の装置を有する固定無線基地局(310)。
